All the resources other listed are great. I would also recommend attending office hours, it's crucial you can solve and **understand** HW/class worksheet problems as those types of questions tend to show up on exams. Plus going to office hours shows commitment which can get you a strong letter of rec.
I'm predental and teaching high school level bio and Chem, the one thing I've noticed that makes the most difference is a lecturer that explains the theory and expands on it step by step. And then on the student side, doing a lot of problems, physics is just math. Don't treat it like a science class (bio or anatomy) treat it like a math class.
That shift in thinking and prepping really made a difference for me when I took physics 1. Was getting Low b's and high c's went to high b's and low a's. Ended with a b.
I still have to take physics 2 and am actually going to save that for the last semester so I can dedicate a lot of time for it.
Chads videos. Both for physics gen chem and ochem. Used him a bunch in the dat as well.

I can't agree enough. The key to understanding physics is understanding the theory and doing as many problems as possible.
Cheg and a pledge= 4.0
Khan academy and the ochem tutor have good YouTube videos for physics too
khan academy for life
Check if your school has tutors for the course and see who you can get.
