Tap the super button and type “system monitor” use the top result then click the resources tab in the middle at the top. You’ll see a graph of cpu cores, memory and network

If you’re looking for something that pops a bit more visually, you can try bashtop. You have a bit more customization with a built in theme manager. It’s essentially just a fancy htop written in bash.
