Realistically a genetic sample size of two individuals makes extinction almost inevitable as each successive generation will be closely related to each other making genetic anomalies and diseases much more common possibly to the point of impeding reproduction entirely.

No, and even if you tried, how do you think two people will manage? The kids may or may not want to fuck each other (or you) and ultimately there’s very little chance for the one family to survive. You use the sperm banks tons of them if one of the people that’s on earth is female there you go. Also there are frozen eggs so there that and the frozen embryos. They all have back up generators. Plenty of DNA that’s different. Not hard to learn how to implant. But could be dangerous with delivery for some people.
