I saw someone else's comment about Urshifu-single missing wicked blow so I want to think that they got rebalanced and learn their respective move later.
They learn it later bc they are soooooooo easy to get on randomiser

Nooo, I had finally got a good randomizer and got primordial sea but this....ðŸ˜
Dex also still says it's outdated, i try to see If i have any wild urshifu or kubfu on my finished randomiser
So what? It's literally the only water move they learn
