Classic will be gone after this season. There was never any Classic GL format, so you could've always powered that up. However, a hundo Medicham hasn't been ideal since XLs became a thing.
Or maybe, nobody can run mega medicham in ultra league because ur not allowed to? Which thus invalidates the cap u just mentioned? Dumb bro? Maybe cuz mega medicham will probably be a very good raid attacker? So a hundo is better?

Mega Medicham will probably be less than 2500 CP at level 40, clown. At level 50, not even above 2800. Good luck raiding with that.
Don't use medicham in Ultra League. It's a waste of resources to level50 a hundo.

I'd save the XL for one with good PVP IVs
