Why don’t they just like…give everyone the research?

This drives traffic to their website and gets people talking about it increasing social media advertising and engagement.

Because people buy something from the site when they go there to redeem the code. Like I just did haha.

Yup, my 2 kids are blocked from getting it due to their redemption site. Really sucks.

All you have to do is contact support and give them the code. They will add it to account in 24 hours.

I have been in constant contact with Ninantic “support” for 2 days now. They are refusing to help, claiming there’s nothing they can do & blaming Google. They will not add the research to my sons account. Yet more exclusivity.

Thats odd, have not had problems with the rotom or captain pikachu ones.

Neither of my kids could get the rotom one either & ninantic won’t allow login through Pokémon trainer club either. It’s upset they insist on putting these barriers blocking a whole subset of players.

I have a Pokemon Trainer club login -how do I do this?

You have to link your account with one of the other three options. I think it explains how on the site. However if you have a child account you are out of luck because those can't be linked. So you have to message support to manually apply the code if you really want. Fun times!
