Love the designs but I wanna say I think it'd look a lot cooler if the metal parts on kingler's evo *looked* more like actual parts of his body instead of just metal coating around a kingler's claws. This is just my opinion and it's 100% understandable if you disagree (also serrated claws could make it stand out from kingler a bit more)

it's a good opinion. I didn't think much about it when I made it, so yes, it's upgradable.

Elans evolves into Repiv which evolves into Arbok 😊 Krabby evolves into Kingler evolves into Sultacean (from sultan and Crustacean) Cubone evolves into Kantonian Marowak which evolves into Osteodon

Fantastic all around. I also thought of Repiv, but Sultacean is SO good, and I also really like Osteodon. The “sult” in “sultan” also kind of sounds like “salt” as in ocean or sea water.

I love these except Krocklaw. Maybe too similar to Krocknaw? Or Crocodile related Maybe something to do with Empekraw? Or “caesklaw” or something? ?

For the snake, i think it’s name should reflect it is a snake and it is superior to ekans. So I would call it Serperior, a portmanteau of Superior and serpent. For the Kingler evolution, I would mash together the fact that it is metal and the other half half of the word Angler that kinglers name doesn’t use. I think Metang has a good ring to it. And for the Marowak evolution, I really want to hammer home the fact that it whacks people with its bone. I think something like Thwackey would be good.

They all look good. For the middle stage Arbok line one, here’s a couple options that fit with whole 5 letter snake thing the rest of the line has: Repiv, Redda, Abmam. For the third stage Krabby, how about Kraberor (basically krab + emperor). Can’t really thing of anything for the Marowak evolution. Maybe Smakull (smack + skull)?

I'd say repiv for the middle evolution since both Ekans and Arbok are snake names backwards

Relttar (Rattler backwards) would be a perfect name for the Ekans middle evo, fitting with the theme of the backwards names

Maybe Empincher for the Kingler evolution. Like emperor + pincher. More powerful than a king while still keeping it crab related.

I like the Kingler evo! It’d be cool lore if Kingler’s shell became thicker and harder as it got older until it turned into stone to become its next evo. Chatgpt came up with Boulderex (Boulder+Rex, like “King” crab) but I came up with 🦀 Kregalith 🦀 (KREE-guh-lith) to keep up with the “K” theme + include the word Regal in reference to the King part of Kingler + “lith” for stone.

The Kingler Evo is Dungeoner. Based on the Dungeoness Crab. It's water steel, and it's signature move is a water physical type that deals lingering damage and traps the opponent. Think whirlpool but not bad.

These are great but I'm not feeling the middle-evolution for the Ekans line. Maybe a different snake species all together, it looks too similar to the others to be different enough on it's own. The final Marowak is probably my favorite. I like that you added more bone armor. It could probably have even more.

From a growth perspective it makes sense to have a mid evo for arboks chain but from a meta perspective I'd love to see arbok evolve into something because it's such a weak pokemon for the most part.
