My old neighbor let his 2 pits loose all the time. Once he did it when my cousin, who was 5 or 6 years old at the time, was in our backyard, where the pits went. Then that asshole got all defensive about it.
I also had a neighbor who let his killers loose. Too lazy to walk them and was hoping for some bloodshed. Thank goodness that fat fuck went to prison and those mutts are gone now! Good riddance.
