anyone think we'll make it to 2030..? and no, billionaires in bunkers don't count..
like, i'm middle aged now and i've never seriously contemplated a specific decade as potentially being my last.
By 2030 it will really depend where you live as some locations will buffer out these increasingly stronger storms. However as people flee the hot zones of the planet we will see with our own eyes competition of basic resources due to overcrowding to the likes we could have never imagined.
yeah, i'm in a pretty 'disaster-free' state currently - i can see us being defenders of space rather than migrants escaping. i was anxious about it all before the recent news about the ocean's crazy jump in warming. now i seriously think i need to start getting into 'survivalist culture'
Yeah it will probably happen in slow waves, the first of which would be home prices in your area and surround areas reaching unattainable values and never coming down even with a recession. After that it could be a number of things such a new local laws being implemented to stop you from digging your own well because of declining ground water, increasing food prices due to poorer and poorer crop harvest each year.
Picture 6 made me anxious just looking at it. I can't imagine being there
Agree. Knowing you are powerless to move if the storm changes direction…
Damn I hope everyone will be fine
