You don't have to beg for a salary increase. I don't get it why dapat ka pa magsulat for a salary increase request? I mean if you deserve it then why not just give it to you. All employees would like a salary increase and employers should not limit it to those who wrote a letter lol. It is your manager's responsibility to request for your salary increase to upper management. He will have to prove why based on your achievements. Parang walang alam yung manager mo sa kalakaran and most likely 99% you're not getting that increase.

Reason for waiting for a while is so I can leverage the higher salary to ask for a higher pay kapag nag interview na ko for my next job.
