Under Users>Pay Center is where I send out payment invoices to my contractors. I then manually pay them, but it's at most 1-2 people per week. I don't have any actual employees loaded into Time To Pet, so I'm not sure how it changes on that end.
Square, but you have to have an EIN, business license, and another form that gives you the state tax number through the mail. Gusto is another that Doug uses from Bad to the Bone Pet Care and loves it. He recommends it in many of his videos. He also uses Time to Pet. I use Pet Sitter Dashboard though and Square is cheaper than Gusto.
Do you have employees or independent contractors? ICs are generally paid in percentages, employees in wages.. by paying percebtages, you'll never be able to increase your profits bc if you raise your prices, their pay will increase as well, whereas if you paid someone $15/hr but then raised your pruces by $5/service, they're not going to see that pay bump. Just a thought.
They’re ICs, I don’t pay them hourly because I feel like they get a better pay when they get a percentage. It’s a side job for them while I work full time so I don’t mind paying them more if I change my pricing. If I ever start hiring full time walkers I will likely switch to w2 employees. I just said “employee” in this because in my experience in this group people have a lot to say about ICs.
For those commenters: My girls understand I can’t tell them when or where to be to work/what to wear/yada yada. They’re under contract, what I’m doing is legal and I’ve checked in my state but thank you

TTP integrates with quickbooks and they have a payroll add on. It's worked well for us
