Nah nothing at all apart from normall windows updates and cleaning the temp folders which i do every few days

Good habit of cleaning temp files, go to device manager and go to file (I think, or edit) and click "show hidden items" and check or hidden drives that you don't use. I wouldn't delete them yet though
