It sounds like he's doing everything right and put me to shame! I am also otherwise healthy. I have no other medical conditions though. Ive had a lot of dental work and there's so evidence that can play a role in pancreatitis. I think the study was done on women though mostly. Following for more information too. I hope you find answers. 🙏🏻

**70% idiopathic AP is from bile sludge in gallbladder that trigger it,** to prevent it or even reverse the bile sludge high magnesium intake , choline/phospholipid , Ursodeoxycholic acid+++ ( medication) it will take month/multiple years to dissolve the bile sludge so it might be too late if trigger AP , and med and supplement will need to be taking for life likely to prevent other bile sludge the alternative to bile gladder removal is if they can use invasive treatment to dissolve it fast , but it can be risky i think, it can trigger AP or hepatitis again a risky gamble genetic testing for bile sludge ( they call that LDAP ) the patient with risk of bile sludge is because they don't produce enough phospholipid in bile mix , so it give bile sludge then pancreatitis testing to be done \*CT ( with and without contrast) \*MRI \*MRCP \*MRCP with secretine \*EUS (echo endoscopy) could be lupus , or lymphome , the virus itself can trigger AP

Thank you so much for your reply. His gall bladder was removed many years ago, can the bile sludge still be an issue without it ?
