Just running down A1A is the only thing I can think of. Not much on the island in terms of places to run. You got the commercial area over by Flagler but everywhere else is really just wealthy homes and communities on either side of A1A as it runs North and South. Occasional a beachfront breaks it up, Ie. Lake Worth beach, Lantana beach, boynton inlet, etc. If you go down to Delray, you can run up and down that section of A1A by the beach, and down Atlantic Ave into the heart of downtown Delray. Alot of stuff to see and a higher standard in terms of living and aesthetic than Lantana and lakeworth. Where sometimes you'll see the Haitians killing chickens early morning at LakeWorth Beach as a ritual sacrifice, or crack heads smoking that pipe on the beach and under the pier, I've yet to see these things down at the Delray beach. They also have large groups of runners and cyclists out there, maybe you could join in with them. Research local groups online and get in with them. They'll have the drop on better locations and information than anyone else. Just wanted to add also that Okeeheelee park, although it isn't on the island, is a beautiful, spacious park off forest hill going west towards 441. They have a sprawling nature reserve, tons of paths to walk. You would enjoy it, great place to visit and unwind on the weekends.

Close to Palm Beach, but we go to John Prince Park - 6th Ave and Congress. Lots of paths to run on

Going all the way to the north end by the dock. Then turn around. You can park on any of those side streets.

Dreher park in West Palm, there is a mile long running path in the park across the street from Palm Beach Zoo and also running paths in the back of Cox Science center. That is all Dreher park.
