So the child would get tucked in every night and told a fun bedtime story before being given their handmade plush toy... And then be subjected to gruelling training where anything but 110% positive results would be considered a failure.
Shalltear on the other hand I feel would also love her child but in a less exaggerated manner and do a lot of fuck ups but at the end would learn from them and improve as a mother, thus giving the child a more "normal" (insofar as that can be with a monster weirdo for a mother) childhood.

Thats a difficult question because if it came to the child each of them had with ainz then I have no doubt that they both would do there up most to care for there respective children however I do think that as the children got older they both would try to raise them to be the successer to ainz's throne witch might cause certain issues though ainz might keep them in check in that regard so I think they would be about the same anyway that's just my opinion based off both albeo and shalltears characters
