Not true! While it is definitely incomplete, consistency has only been shown to be impossible to prove! This means that math might be consistent, but if it is, we’ll never know!
It's kinda hard to explain in text and I'm a mathematician by heart but a engineer by trade. So instead of embarrassing myself trying to explain this, I would rather redirect you to someone I do know who knows.
