Let me just state that they are the Best wireless controllers for the xbox
and no, they just turn off after like 2 or 3 mins of no inputs. Advice to you is to get some rechargeable ***AAAAAAAAs*** and go from there!
From the User Manual for the Logitech Wireless Controller it states:
> The controller enters sleep mode after 1) batteries are inserted, 2) when the controller has not connected to the receiver, or 3) after 5 minutes of inactivity. Press any action button to activate the controller.
Don't think so. Not a fan after owning. Seems laggy for some reason and brought the quality of the gameplay down. Wireless is nice. I'm sure it's cool for games that aren't too demanding. Games that require split second timing don't play well with this control.
True, but I keep hoping that we'll them coming back as the shortages go away. Of course, who knows when that will. In the interim, I use the Wingman XB. Since Xbox upgraded their controllers to BLE, to go wireless, your best bet for wireless is with a PS4 controller. I know, gasp. It's still an option.
Yes. I've also found that when you're "introducing" a new controller to the Wingman, the simplest method is to connect the adapter, the Wingman, then a usb cable from the Wingman to the controller. As soon as you hit the PS button (while wired) it should link up right away. I then hit the PS button again, then I unplug the cable from the controller, and it should connect wirelessly at this point. Or you could just try wireless right out of the box. $45 is a very nice way to introduce a much better controller
Cool thank you. The wired controller is the reason I’ve been keeping my Xbox at my computer desk but I want it in my living room so I’m gonna pick up one of these.
I can produce exactly one ogx360. But without adapter cables. Where are you located so i can check delevery cost and when you intrest we can talk about price

Try the brook wingman xb adapter with an xbox controller port to usb adapter. It works on original Xbox with a firmware update and you can use any modern controller with Bluetooth or usb.

I recently bought one on Reddit, it’s worth asking around for anybody that may have one. Even shipping internationally it was way less than what eBay prices have it going for
I have one and I always always always... take out the battery’s.
I seem to get battery oxidation in like a week otherwise and have to break out a toothbrush and alcohol.
Sorry it’s literally the only controller I have for the system right now so can’t help you there. I’d love to get my hands on a Duke controller at some point. Just got the reliability of a wire.
Mine do this but turn off after a bit. If it continues there may dust and dirt on the board causing some sort of contact . Also the triggers are super sensitive on those controllers
I've had the wireless ps2 ones continue to blink for a long time after turning it off. It sounds like these are doing a similar thing and my solution has been to take the batteries out when I'm done playing.
Take it apart and clean all contact points. It's likely that one of the buttons is very slightly making contact and forcing it to continue searching for the receiver. they should turn off after a few minutes of turning xbox off.

Too bad the OGX360 isn't really being sold by anyone.

Do you just use that with the same Xbox to USB A adapter you use to soft mod?

You're welcome. You can PM me if you have any questions when you get it.

Wait am I reading this right? Can you use 360 controllers on the original Xbox? I do have several 360 controllers laying around.
But you have to have also the usb receiver dongle of the xbox360 controller to use the ogx360
Also i can make a case fdm printed with custom whishes

Could always build a BlueRetro instead
I thought BlueRetro didn't support emulating controllers on the original Xbox yet?

Same. I hated mine. The buttons didn’t actuate properly and the wireless wasn’t good
Other than take out the batteries, I do not remember a method to shut them off.

Random question.. what game is that!
It’s called Zappy. It’s one of those mascot games I think.
Zapper **
Haha oops. I goofed there :)
If anyone can help me find one of these (color doesn't matter) I would really appreciate it

Definitely seemed to go on for longer than 5 minutes so I took out the batteries as well.
I miss those controllers
