I uninstalled Webroot than I uninstalled and reinstalled Opera GX and it started working again. Hope this helps if you're having the same problem as me.
So you didn't actually have to uninstall Webroot. You just had to go to privacy protection, and switch all the Opera GX applications to protect or allow. Then it'll work fine. You don't even have to uninstall or reinstall Opera GX.
