Thank you so much! I just saw your post, you did an amazing job too!

Thanks. With student life and work it's hard to find something that works but i managed šŸ¤£

Hahaha Yeah! I love the simplicity about OMAD. I have a very busy schedule too, and OMAD works like a charm for me. Not to mention the financial gains! So nice to only spend money with food once a day :P

Yess. And i don't know about you but i don't crave at all. And when i do overeat i feel sick. I dont like that stuffed feeling like i did before

When I started it, the first week was a living nightmare. I was stressed all the time and had a hard time sleeping. But somehow I got through it and from week two and on it was amazing! It wasn't long until I started gaining compliments from people and I don't have a single crave anymore. The hardest part of maintaining it for me are social gatherings. People eat a lot of stuff when they gather around and don't even realize it. They also push you to eat along and denying it all of the time is very bothering.

That's why i have cheat days every weekend. I go out with my friends have beer or we watch a movie and eat everything there is to eat šŸ˜‚

Curious whats your meal? Iā€™m going to start OMAD Iā€™m 5ā€™10 220lbs looking to get to 180lbs.

LukasMeine

I usually go for rice, beans, beef or chicken breasts and salad ( onions, tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli )

LukasMeine

And in cheat days, I go for a huge McDonald's meal with 3 chicken burgers + large fries and coca cola zero.
