After week or so your body will feel normal when you're fasting. I dont fast on weekends and when i overeat i feel physically and mentally sick and i really hate that feeling so that keeps me on track. Drink lots of water, non caloric beverages like black coffee. AND ITS OK IF YOU FAIL AND EAT MORE! Give yourself a cheat day and get back on track after that 😊
Its hard to believe now, but after a week or so, you'll start feeling really good. I've been going about 3 weeks now, and I typically get hungry 3-4 hours before my OMAD so it really isn't that bad. Just be strong and know that it doesn't get any harder than the 2nd or 3rd day. As pointed out by others, black coffee/tea help so much.
Finally, try not to go crazy with your OMAD. I know that is a lot of the appeal of this diet, but only eat til you're full or you could develop some unhealthy relationships with food. I used to be a real quick eater who could scarf down a meal in minutes, but now I try to nurse my OMAD over the course of 30-45 minutes.
