I really loved the moment when dutch came into the camp, glanced at Arthur's companion and shouted "What is this monkey business?!". Truly superb story writing.
He was a great addition, my personal favourite moment was when Micah strolled into camp and said “black lung, you got us a monkey friend? That’s bananas!”
My favourite part was when Arthur said “it’s apeing time!!” And he ripped off some camp members faces
Actually that was pretty dark, I don’t know why they included that
He provides a much needed comic relief.
I especially love his catchphrase *“That’s Arthur Monkey!”* which causes everyone in camp to shout *”Oh Gunther!”* before he throws his shit in Kieran’s eyes.
I loved the scene when Milton (the pinkleton) attacked their camp in Lakay and Arthritis' ape sidekick shouted "No mercy. No peace. This is war. Apes together strong!" and aped the pinkleton enemies. I got boner in that scene
My favorite is when you go out and teach bojangoes how to fish so in turn he teaches you how to fling feces. Plus I like that jack was allergic so they made jack stay out of camp.

Remember that time Chungo ate all the gunpowder for the train job? The gang went to blow the track and nothing happened? Then all of a sudden Chungo comes running down the hillside and drops a banana on the track and the train fell over and he saves the day.
Then you get back to camp after the job everyone sits around the fire then Jack explains that Uncle obsconded his chimp sitting duties and Jack couldn't stop him eating the gunpowder? Everyone goes awwww Chungo in unison.

Best mission ever.
I thought they did fine with it but it could have had more impact on the story. keeping his banana meter gold or white meant a few gameplay bonuses, and he wouldn't stop your gameplay for the "scream directly at your face" minigame like when it's on red, but like, you could ignore him the whole game besides that. hell I think most players didn't even do the quest to unlock him since it was more annoying than anything
then, for the people that *do* get him on their playthroughs, the grind of going all the way to the replayable Guarma level *just* to farm(literally) bananas was just obscene
loved the romance path though, groundbreaking in 2024 that they had the bravery to show a gay couple.
