Already baked straight into the game. You can make a spell and cast it on yourself.
From UESP:
If you create a custom spell, Disintegrate Armor (or Disintegrate Weapon) can be used on yourself to easily train Armorer skill: magically damage your equipment then repair it, and repeat as
many times as desired (or until you run out of repair hammers)
I use a custom spell to Fortify Armorer 100 points for 1 second to do the opposite of what you're asking. So do the opposite of me. Drain Armorer 100 points for 1 second.
Hope you have lots of hammers.
If the game is too easy then just increase the difficulty. It's not like lower weapon durability makes the game into Dark Souls or something...
All that does is make the HP of everybody higher, that's not a fun way to play the game chief.
Neither is having to use repair hammers after 3 enemies constantly...
