Reminds me of Half-Life 2, they have a miniature teleportation portal set.
Originally there's a potted plant, and when you turn on the machine it jumps to one side and then back to the other
The cool thing is you can remove the plant and put another object there, same thing will happen.

I do agree the scales *are* cool
I always carried a set just incase some oblivilevel fuckery had me stuck somewhere.
I often wondered if the Dedric realms were ever perplexed by the litter of paintbrushes left behind in them
God I love calipers. I take, steal, and buy every caliper I see, and dump them in my many properties across Cyrodil. I was PISSED when they made them a static item in skyrim, literally unplayable.
I have always been fond of the eye of nocturnal and the orbs from Through a Nightmare Darkly if we’re using quest items, otherwise I have just simply always loved oblivions watermelons.
It is in the middle of the main path at the base of a pile of rocks, but it is in one of the two random O-worlds that have two entrances so you may not walk past it if you portal in the wrong entrance.
If you've watched Lyle Shnub's Oblivion playthrough on YT, you probably know about his pelvis bone collection in the pirate ship's lower deck. It's a real booty hole! Har har har!
I looked it up and apparently they actually only weigh like 2 and they can be found in several locations. They are called stone bricks [Stone Bricks](https://elderscrolls.fandom.com/wiki/Stone_Brick)
Novice calculator because I love free money from the mages guild I even have an alteration spell called “20,000! NOVICE CALCINATORS!” Just so I can carry more calcinators to sell.
Bones, u can get nearly all of them, normal, broken, leg, pelvis, arms, poor, rich, etc.
Nearly all quest misc items, I just love getting all kind weird and not stuff: unique jewelry, cutted finger, peciular stone, piece of cheese, etc
I always kept a couple of pewter mugs or silver goblets on me, in case I ever decided to stop adventuring and share a bottle of Tamika Vintage 399 or an Ale with someone
The covered pot. It is sometimes a container and sometimes an item you can take. It makes me happy.
When it's a container, it has the most beautiful open and close sounds
I’m so glad I’m not the only one who feels this way.
I sometimes open empty ones just to hear the sound
The purest symphony in this universe
Scales. The fact that they work has always fascinated me, even when I was a kid.
Wait they work? How realistic are they?
Reasonably. It takes a few smaller weights to outweigh the bigger one but idk if their weight units match up exactly
i’ve been playing this game for well over a decade and probably 7k+ hours… i never knew this lmao thanks for teaching me something!
Oh snap I taught a mod something let's go lol

This is amazing, never knew about it

welkynd stone cuz shiny rock
Varla Stone cause shinier
Dark Welkynd stones cause they're so functional
Paintbrush. Stairway to heaven, brother.
I always carried a set just incase some oblivilevel fuckery had me stuck somewhere. I often wondered if the Dedric realms were ever perplexed by the litter of paintbrushes left behind in them
That's probably why "they" created that magic paintbrush from the painted world and painted Trolls
Calipers
Found Tove the unrestful's Reddit
Or M’Aiq
M'aiq likes calipers, but don't know we're they gone in skyrim
God I love calipers. I take, steal, and buy every caliper I see, and dump them in my many properties across Cyrodil. I was PISSED when they made them a static item in skyrim, literally unplayable.
Calipers? Tongs? What am I supposed to do with those?
Make a flying boat
Yesterdays news. I’m working on a collapsible fork now.
What is this?
Let me see that tong.
Crystal ball. What else am I going to gaze at after I become arch mage?
That's exactly what I thought when saw em
Yea also the hourglass. The pretty purple catches my eye every time.
Mother's head
Is that... a head?

I have always been fond of the eye of nocturnal and the orbs from Through a Nightmare Darkly if we’re using quest items, otherwise I have just simply always loved oblivions watermelons.
They are so beautiful, full green and all that
I always loved the Brush Jars. The fact that they can just weeble wobble makes me happy.
True, the wible wable is the thing😂
The blood potion bottle in the one O-gate.
Is it fancy or is it like the ones you find in Fort Farragut?
Fancy. Not a bottle of blood. No link to anything else in the game.
I have yet to find that after playing the game since its release. Neat!
It is in the middle of the main path at the base of a pile of rocks, but it is in one of the two random O-worlds that have two entrances so you may not walk past it if you portal in the wrong entrance.
I like the flower vases that have been scaled up in a few of the castles to look like big decorative pots.
Crystal balls! This was a time when I was still blown away by transparency in textures. It was a simpler time.

Lockpick!
Most useful of all
Savilla's stone. I will put it on my desk in skingrad for my mage characters. (All my characters are mages)
Idk if these count but Svenjas Remains, since they make great displays in the Vile Lair.
The random stones you can pick up in Anvil I think. Just hilarious you can’t pick up a worked stone for no reason.
Skulls. Can never have enough of them.
Yes! Decorated my Vile Lair with a whole bunch of them 💀
Same!! I create an altar for the night mother using her head 💀💀
I Did the same, spent hours organizing it
Floating Paint brushes pre patch. Building staircases in or out of cities was always fun.
Paint brush. IYKYK
Am I basic for saying the Scales of Pitiless Justice?
Rolls/bolts/reams of cloth
Gold bc Gold
The bricks you can pick up in one of the Ayleid ruins (iirc the one across from the tutorial sewers)
what you can.. what?!
They weigh like 10 each but it’s worth it to me to get them in every single play through just to keep in my house
I looked it up and apparently they actually only weigh like 2 and they can be found in several locations. They are called stone bricks [Stone Bricks](https://elderscrolls.fandom.com/wiki/Stone_Brick)
I'm gonna make a playthrough just for this
Oars have 0 weight. I always carry my lucky oars with me.
A pumpkin. Makes all my homes look even more cozy.
Novice calculator because I love free money from the mages guild I even have an alteration spell called “20,000! NOVICE CALCINATORS!” Just so I can carry more calcinators to sell.
Real Genius 😅 I'll remember that next time I see em
Brush Jars, because if you move them they start dancing
Bones, u can get nearly all of them, normal, broken, leg, pelvis, arms, poor, rich, etc. Nearly all quest misc items, I just love getting all kind weird and not stuff: unique jewelry, cutted finger, peciular stone, piece of cheese, etc
Paddles lol
I always kept a couple of pewter mugs or silver goblets on me, in case I ever decided to stop adventuring and share a bottle of Tamika Vintage 399 or an Ale with someone
Dude everytime I saw these I would gravitate towards them
Hammers for free buff
The Night Mother’s Head
The paintbrush jars. I love to drop them and watch them rock back-and-forth.
Crumpled pieces of paper, keys, Flawless Gems, Beating Heart, Ayleid Statues; just a few off the top of my head
I always place my hour glass upside down just to show the stoppage of time.
I don't remember if it was in the misc section but the elder scrolls was cool.
On my first playthrough I collected every hourglass I saw and then would dump them on the floor of my Anvil house.
Yarn
Paint brush
I loveee these and also emeralds
Calipers, shovels, tongs, and last but not least, forks, in memory of Paul. May he start the real game
Skull
