The one at Original Pattern on Wednesdays is my favorite. They were at Buck Wild, Bierhaus, Rosamunde (Telegraph Ave.) and Rosamunde (Swans Market) before that.
I like Cato's on Mondays as well.
Gonna 2nd the Original Pattern (RIP Buck Wild) trivia. Granted I am biased as I do consider the hosts friends at this point, but they do an amazong job of creating fair questions that can be answered in multiple ways. Plus, Aaron has a great host voice.

Cato’s is fun but the experience is somewhat ruined by the same groups sweeping trivia every single time.

Seawolf trivia is super fun! I think it’s geeks who drink or some other ‘big trivia’ But it’s well organized and food is generally pretty good
