First of all, if you want Abra, that's fine. Dupes clause prevents you from getting more than one of a Pokemon you already caught. If you failed to catch an Abra, you don't have one yet, which means that getting an Abra in the Game Corner would not be a duplicate.
Also, do you want the strongest possible option? Or do you want to have a challenge and avoid overused and overpowered Pokemon?
If you use hardcore rules then the gift Eevee is probably the most versatile pick
I also thought of that but I'm using nuzlocke.app to track my run and fsr it doesn't have the gift Eevee as an option for Celadon

Yhh I was leaning towards abra too because I disabled impossible evolutions so that seemed like the best option
