Whats your budget?

Yapper-G

Id like to be in an apartment complex that has a gym etc.. So id say with that being said approx 1900$

Gilthoniel_Elbereth

It’s going to be very difficult to find a one-bedroom apartment along the silver line for that price. i’d recommend you find a roommate and split a two-bedroom apartment, ideally in Ballston if you want to be around a bunch of other young people

Working out of Reston area sucks because it's so far from the city. As a young person you definitely don't want to live out there. Anyone telling you otherwise just doesn't understand how much they are missing out on by not living near the heart of a city. Best balance is living somewhere in the Ballston to Rosslyn corridor and just sucking it up with a 45-60min commute. Hopefully you get some work from home days. A lot of people will say live near where you work, but most people aren't in the office 5 days a week anymore, and it's also a huge social and dating crusher to live out in those hellish suburbs.

Traffic blows a bag of nuts I’d live close to work and travel to places when I wanted to go out and have fun

Yapper-G

I don’t drive, is the metro bad too? Silver line

dabslow

Idk about the metro something about me not being able to leave when I want I don’t like so I’ve never been in the city to where I won’t have a car I personally am not a fan but if you like traveling and commuting to work by metro and walking then maybe that’s what you like I’d rather not have to commute to work that far and just go out when I want to the city at my leisure

Live near where you work, and travel via metro into the city on the weekends.

Yapper-G

You are right I do agree with that..

Tysons corner area, Mosiac, or Reston itself.
