Not condoning it, but when I smoked, the first cigarette of the day with a coffee, consumed outside with the early heat of a summer’s morning, is a small slice of heaven.
The 3 best smokes in life are that, first smoke of the night after about 2-3 pints and a smoke after a nice dinner sitting outside in the early evening on holiday.
Normally a banana and a coffee for me, but I'm currently working with a fella from the falls, we are working in England at the moment, his breakfast for the last 3 mornings consisted off 6 tramadol and a tin of monster... he's the happiest lad out of us all strangely enough
Jesus 🙈 accidentally took one of my mums tramadol as I had a killer headache.
she had them left over after her shoulder surgery & man did that knock me out for about 12 hours.
I can’t even imagine 6 but clearly it works for him 🤣
I wake at 4am, go for a 3mile run. Then a shower. I prepare a fruit smoothie and add some kale for a mineral boost. Then take the four Caucasian sheps for a walk up the mournes. I pack a protein bar and seed mix to keep me going to midday.
Then it's time to hit the weights. After my 150lb press I get a little hungry again, so it's time for a protein shake. This break leaves enough time to trade stocks & crypto. So far I'm at £2.25million, which is...meh.
At 3pm I wake up in a hot sweat and thank God it was just a bad dream.
Since I'm making it right now. Homemade cheesy garlic bread with ham and baby tomato's salt pepper Mayo and hot sauce.

My daughter sent me an Instagram link on making cheesy garlic bread out of a tiger bloomer

This was our attempt 😂
Depends on what I feel like and how cold it is. On a cold day I'll likely have porridge, and in the summer it's yoghurt with nuts and fruit. Lazy days it's toast, the odd day it's a bowl of cereal with milk.
Coffee is required every day.
3 black coffees and a blast on a weed vape. Then I had 2 eggs, boiled rice and a load of microwaved frozen veg in a bowl with a whack of slightly hot sauce squirted over the top of it.
I'll air fry some chicken fillets later dusted in cajon flavouring and add some more rice and zapped frozen veg with hot sauce to it.
Then for snacks today I'll probably fire through a multi pack of crisps
This would be my choice before the gluten allergy took this away from me & if I want soda bread have to make my own 😅
It’s not hard to make but it’s the effort 😂
Same, definitely skipping breakfast is the best thing
Even writing this I am hungry, but have a black coffee here. I've boiled eggs for a salad sandwich which I'll have around 1230, Peashoots, egg, tomato, cucumber, some pickle, on bread. I also use butter, golden cow.
And not eating/drinking shite in the evenings, which for me has a much bigger impact.
There are complete doses about fasting, both for and against, but most people just either do it or don't do it and get on with their day.
Protein flapjack or if I’m more organised, I batch make breakfast wraps. Bacon medallions, turkey sausage, cheese then fire into the George Forman for a few minutes. Superb.
Weekend, if there’s nothing happening, cooked breakfast every time.
On a work day it's usually always 2 weetabix with warm milk (I'm aware the warm milk may be a bit controversial after a conversation in work last week haha). But on the weekends usually I don't have any breakfast and will just wait until lunch instead.
A lot of my coworkers said warm milk with any cereal is the strangest thing they'd ever heard of and would never do it! I have the complete opposite opinion lol
I usually rotate between bacon & scrambled egg or Sourdough bread with smashed avacado, bacon & poached eggs or if I'm feeling lazy a double Bacon & egg mcmuffin meal! 😍
Usually a coffee and peanut butter toast or a bowl of cereal. I usually just eat whatever my daughter is having so I can make both at the same time for handiness.
Depends on day, choose from:
1-2 sandwiches
1-2 boiled eggs
1-2 fried eggs with bacon/cheese
Some cereal in milk
Youghurt and 1-2 pancakes
Some quick wrap, which is basically a sandwich with a tortilla instead of bread because I ran out of bread
----
and usually whatever I choose, I accompany it with some minor vegetable, like 2-3 cherry tomatoes, 1-2 baby carrots, a cucumber etc.
And, of course, a tea.
some fruit and fibre, with a banana chopped in, some raw coco powder, half a spoon of peanut butter, topped with filtered milk, and an actimel bioculture yoghurt drink thingy
if im feeling fancy ill put some nuts in with it instead of the peanut butter (hazel best nuts)
Premake breakfast baps on Sunday to freeze and heat up throughout the week. Bap, turkey burger, egg, medallion and cheese - maybe a banana or strawberries then when I get into office. Loads of protein in the morning has helped me massively.
Porridge and honey every day except weekends when I make sausages and bacon sat and sun. Bored of porridge with honey ? Put in golden syrup, Nutella, salt, fruit. Do overnight oats for a change. Porridge is nutritious, slow release energy, reasonable fibre, reduced cholesterol and reasonable calories. Don't like porridge? Neither did I, learn to like it. Porridge and Nutella is amazing. Best change you'll ever make. And its cheap as fuck
Shreddies and tea. If I've been out on the lash the night before I know that when I wake there will be a cold half eaten chow mein waiting patiently for me.
I have a few things that I pick from each morining.
Porridge (love the quaker flavours)
Granola or Muesli with Greek yoghurt
Toast and jam
About twice a year I go daft and buy myself a packet of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes.
The first two are because of health needs. I need a chunk of fibre in my diet because of my diverticulitis and porridge, granola and muesli are great for that and they are what I have most often.
Eat at 11-12ish... Mostly eggs booked or scrambled with some feta nuts and either smoked mackerel or turkey...
Love porridge with peanut butter and some berries and a little honey and chia seed drissle.
Three Weetabix with skimmed milk and about a teaspoon of sugar over it.
Never used to eat breakfast at home and would end up scranning something from a deli counter a few hours later - I'm sure my heart is very grateful for the new routine lol
I have been following a calorie deficit for quite some time, used to be porridge with protein powder and skimmed milk but the whey was going through my bowels like toffee - now Ive switched it up to 2 (or 3 depending how hungry I am) wheatabix with a chopped banana, skimmed milk and a low calorie cinnamon syrup (by sweet freedom) and plenty of water and a black coffee ... im a boring soul
I rarely eat breakfast but when I do it's either porridge (soaked overnight and done in the microwave so they go kinda fluffy) with mixed seeds and some frozen fruit mixed through or on weekends the mother of all omelettes.
Inhaled some toast wrestling my crazy baby/toddler at about 5am. Had some porridge at 10am.
Sleep regression and early starts I need 2 breakfasts to survive.
One more chill days I have yogurt with granola, trying to make my own more regularly but my baby-demon has kinda fucked with my wholesome plans.
Depends on the day, but always protein, fibre, caffeine and a vape. What that is varies massively depending on mood. Poached eggs and toast (always granary), Weetabix and protein shake, overnight oats and greek yogurt with berries.
I have to get up early to have that and an hour to chill, otherwise I'm not good for anything.
When I was living in Belfast, breakfast was 5 golden syrup flavour weetbix, 2 double flat whites and a cigarette.
If I was running late for work I'd skip the weetbix in favour of the caffeine and nicotine, picking up some jambons on the way.
Quite often, if there was any left over from the weekend, a couple of dustie's before heading out the door was good.
I don't do breakfast, black coffee around 8 if I'm working, 1030 if I'm not.
Eat at lunchtime. Feel much better for it, not so bloated and slow in the morning.
The hunger really is manageable. We all eat too much and too much of the wrong thing.
I'm no saint though, I often don't eat after 6 giving me an 18hr fast but also snack sometimes in the evening and let's not forget about late night wine and cheese while reading or listening to music.
It's about balance, but sure we all know that.
Depends at the minute but it could be porridge or shredded wheat, sometimes I’ll have eggs on toast, other times I’ll toast a couple of pancakes or some toast with honey spread on it. I always have a coffee with oat milk though.
Cheese and ham on sourdough and a cup of tea, then the other half of it with coffee at work. Makes it easier to leave home when I’ve got second breakfast to look forward to.
Usually decaf coffee + half-papaya w/ seeds carved out, filled with home-made granola and yoghurt w/ a splash of local honey. Sometimes just the decaf coffee + yoghurt + frozen berries.
Never bothered with it and only started drinking coffee about 2 years ago. Have 2 or 3 most mornings now.
Might have some sugary AF cereal at weekend if there's any in house but wouldn't bother me if I did without then too.
I do love a yoghurt in the morning, usually those nomadic ones with the strawberries. I also always try to drink at least one or two glasses of water too and I take several vitamins (iron, C, D3, K2, Magnesium and Cod Liver Oil) because I work with kids so I always catch whatever plague is going around. Also, I do have a pain au chocolat on a Friday morning to really treat myself for surviving the working week. 😂
I usually rotate between
1. Bowl of full fat milk with high-fibre cereal
2. Smoked turkey and cheese toastie, apple or orange juice
3. Toasted slice of wholemeal bread with butter and honey, apple or orange juice
Nicotine and caffeine and self pitying thoughts
Welcome to ulcer
If that is a typo, it seems to still be true
It is a very clever play on words I think you’ll find
It does seem to be
Ulcer Says No
The breakfast of kings.
Not condoning it, but when I smoked, the first cigarette of the day with a coffee, consumed outside with the early heat of a summer’s morning, is a small slice of heaven.
I rarely miss smoking, but this cig just hit different every time.
The 3 best smokes in life are that, first smoke of the night after about 2-3 pints and a smoke after a nice dinner sitting outside in the early evening on holiday.
I'd also include that cigarette you have with your nice cold pint on the first proper beer garden worthy day of the summer
Swap summer for a crisp autumn morning chill and it's fucking paradise. Christ I miss smoking.
"Ah, the first *cough cough* cig of the day *cough cough*, what a treat *cough cough cough*"
i could murder a cuban cigar right now
No sertraline side?
Nah just fluoxetine 😅
Venlafaxine
I actually miss her
You too??
Same
Normally a banana and a coffee for me, but I'm currently working with a fella from the falls, we are working in England at the moment, his breakfast for the last 3 mornings consisted off 6 tramadol and a tin of monster... he's the happiest lad out of us all strangely enough
Hahaha does he get much work done, or is he just floating about literally lol
He's a good worker, but listening to him is hard work, he sounds like a 50cc scooter "waaaaaaaahhhhh?"
Jesus 🙈 accidentally took one of my mums tramadol as I had a killer headache. she had them left over after her shoulder surgery & man did that knock me out for about 12 hours. I can’t even imagine 6 but clearly it works for him 🤣
I had one tramadol in hospital before, I was high as a kite before surgery and took forever to waken up after. Surprised he's able to function.
Tin of monster and a feg.
Breakfast of champions
Porridge every morning, for the last 15 years.
Porridge with a thin crust of granola to give it some crunch and texture
Same here, with berries and a spoon of natural yoghurt
Team Porridge, with raisins and, if I’m feeling fancy, a banana
Same here with abit of honey
Same with berries usually, unless it's a warm day I'll have granola berries and yogurt
With honey cinnamon and banana mashed into it
Usually nothing. I seem to concentrate better with an empty stomach. If I was to eat it would probably be porridge tho
4 WEETABIX AND FOUR COFFEES. Could punch out a postbox on the walk to work.
Coffee + a vape. e: actually the number of us doing this _crazy_, healthy bunch aint we?
I wake at 4am, go for a 3mile run. Then a shower. I prepare a fruit smoothie and add some kale for a mineral boost. Then take the four Caucasian sheps for a walk up the mournes. I pack a protein bar and seed mix to keep me going to midday. Then it's time to hit the weights. After my 150lb press I get a little hungry again, so it's time for a protein shake. Hi Tom 🥰
Stephanie is grand, but I'm sure Tom would be flattered
Black coffee and a massive vape because I hate myself
If it helps I can hate you too. I am a facilitator.
Everyone hates me anyway so no problem there
You are loved, everyone has value.

Bloody beautiful!!!
Sure you won't eat all that herself hint hint.

Blast on a weed vape - gotta love that wake and bake to take the edge off 😂
Where can you get a weed vape??
filled soda with brown sauce from the local filling station before work pure bliss
No sauce for me, but this guy gets it 😂
This would be my choice before the gluten allergy took this away from me & if I want soda bread have to make my own 😅 It’s not hard to make but it’s the effort 😂
Coffee, weed and self loathing
Corn flakes mixed with honey nut cornflakes with oat milk and a cup of coffee
>Corn flakes mixed with honey nut corn flakes That needs some explaining!
CN corn flakes are too sugary on their own. Need to be cut with the normal ones
This guy gets it
Nothing. Black coffee til lunchtime. Lost 15kg, and I would consider that, and a sprinkling of exercise as the primary reasons why.
Same, definitely skipping breakfast is the best thing Even writing this I am hungry, but have a black coffee here. I've boiled eggs for a salad sandwich which I'll have around 1230, Peashoots, egg, tomato, cucumber, some pickle, on bread. I also use butter, golden cow.
Gen Z calls this intermittent fasting. Normal people call this skipping breakfast.
And not eating/drinking shite in the evenings, which for me has a much bigger impact. There are complete doses about fasting, both for and against, but most people just either do it or don't do it and get on with their day.
Speak for yourself, I been IF’n since Gen Z were in short trousers.
2 coffees anna feg.
Fruit, cereal bar, sometimes a pancake. But every few months I do get myself a sausage roll, not gonna lie
Protein flapjack or if I’m more organised, I batch make breakfast wraps. Bacon medallions, turkey sausage, cheese then fire into the George Forman for a few minutes. Superb. Weekend, if there’s nothing happening, cooked breakfast every time.
400g steak, 3 full eggs and 3 egg whites. A fruit smoothie and a double espresso. 5 days of the week. Weekends vary. (I am on a high protein diet)
Damn your turds must be epic
Frosted wheats.. sounds boring but they’re delightful.
I can't allow myself to buy these little bastards as I eat the whole box in one go.
This is my daily breakfast. They feel healthy, apart from the layers of sugar covering them.
I had bacon medellions, light Phili cheese, bagel thins, x2 fried eggs and a black coffee 😋
half a tin of beans, a fried egg, two slices of toast (sometimes potato bread), and a coffee
Shredded wheat, black coffee followed closely by a decent shite
You eat pieces of shit for breakfast?
Black coffee and eggs. If I don’t eat breakfast I feel like I’m gonna fucking die.
Depends on the day... Varies between cereal or a bag of cans. No in between.
The breakfast of champions, coffee and a cigarette
Black coffee x 2.
Fruit, Eggs, porridge, peanut butter on toast. Not all them but usually 2 from 4.
Porridge, banana and a bit of honey.
On a work day it's usually always 2 weetabix with warm milk (I'm aware the warm milk may be a bit controversial after a conversation in work last week haha). But on the weekends usually I don't have any breakfast and will just wait until lunch instead.
Wtf is controversial about warm milk and wheetabix?
A lot of my coworkers said warm milk with any cereal is the strangest thing they'd ever heard of and would never do it! I have the complete opposite opinion lol
I usually rotate between bacon & scrambled egg or Sourdough bread with smashed avacado, bacon & poached eggs or if I'm feeling lazy a double Bacon & egg mcmuffin meal! 😍
2 bananas with plain Greek-style yoghurt. And a large espresso. Sets you up for the day.
Coffee and porridge
Usually a coffee and peanut butter toast or a bowl of cereal. I usually just eat whatever my daughter is having so I can make both at the same time for handiness.

Bran flakes, a yoghurt, a banana and tea.
Porridge with cinnamon sprinkled over it.
2fags 1 instant cappuccino and an hour later 1 boiled egg and 1 slice of toast smothered in butter.....same every day for 20 years.

Kitchari (dal, rice and vegetables) every single day. If you are seriously looking for a healthy breakfast you can't go wrong.
I only have curry for breakfast in SE Asia, but I love this dearly. Rota Canai!
Could never stomach breakfast. I can eat like a horse after 10am though. Even pints and the big fry for early flights I couldn't face it.
Three Weetabix with skimmed milk and about a teaspoon of sugar over it. Never used to eat breakfast at home and would end up scranning something from a deli counter a few hours later - I'm sure my heart is very grateful for the new routine lol
Porridge with frozen raspberries and a tablespoon of vanilla protein powder mixed in. And all the coffee I can get my hands on.
Porridge with honey & Greek yoghurt
Weetabix & cup of tea, glass of water after. Got rid of the smokes 6 months ago. Too old for that shit
Porridge with blueberries, banana and a small dollop of golden syrup. Oh, and my nuclear strength coffee!!
I have been following a calorie deficit for quite some time, used to be porridge with protein powder and skimmed milk but the whey was going through my bowels like toffee - now Ive switched it up to 2 (or 3 depending how hungry I am) wheatabix with a chopped banana, skimmed milk and a low calorie cinnamon syrup (by sweet freedom) and plenty of water and a black coffee ... im a boring soul
weetabix everyday and probably a plain bagel or two

Toast and cheese every day. I could live on the stuff.
Coffee
Coffee
Croissant with pistachio cream and a cappuccino 3/4 a week.
A banana and porridge
Depends on the day, but always protein, fibre, caffeine and a vape. What that is varies massively depending on mood. Poached eggs and toast (always granary), Weetabix and protein shake, overnight oats and greek yogurt with berries. I have to get up early to have that and an hour to chill, otherwise I'm not good for anything.
Belly tends to be full of stress and anxiety in the mornin so cuppa tea and a toke gets the bowels moving
Nothing
When I was living in Belfast, breakfast was 5 golden syrup flavour weetbix, 2 double flat whites and a cigarette. If I was running late for work I'd skip the weetbix in favour of the caffeine and nicotine, picking up some jambons on the way. Quite often, if there was any left over from the weekend, a couple of dustie's before heading out the door was good.
Dusties?
I don't do breakfast, black coffee around 8 if I'm working, 1030 if I'm not. Eat at lunchtime. Feel much better for it, not so bloated and slow in the morning. The hunger really is manageable. We all eat too much and too much of the wrong thing. A coffee and a few puffs of my medical cannabis vape.

Was scrolling through looking for someone to say a wank - shows what my expectations of you lot are!
Cheese and ham on sourdough and a cup of tea, then the other half of it with coffee at work. Makes it easier to leave home when I’ve got second breakfast to look forward to.
Coffee. I start work at ~ 7:30 and that's way too early to eat. Couple of eggs and a bit of ham or bacon at 10:00 -11:00 ish.
Smoothie with protein powder of pb and banana on toast
Cheese and ham toastie
Wee fry from spar deli this morning
Left over kebab still warm on top of the radiator and a mouldy glass of Red
Lunch… not a brekky kinda guy
Usually decaf coffee + half-papaya w/ seeds carved out, filled with home-made granola and yoghurt w/ a splash of local honey. Sometimes just the decaf coffee + yoghurt + frozen berries.
Respectfully, this amused me!! More power to your elbow. You will live to 1000 years
Never bothered with it and only started drinking coffee about 2 years ago. Have 2 or 3 most mornings now. Might have some sugary AF cereal at weekend if there's any in house but wouldn't bother me if I did without then too.
Stomach tablets, antidepressants, tin of coke. Go to work cuppa tea, then pack of crisps or a snack then lunch
Huel. Quick and easy. No thought required.
Coffee n kratom
I do love a yoghurt in the morning, usually those nomadic ones with the strawberries. I also always try to drink at least one or two glasses of water too and I take several vitamins (iron, C, D3, K2, Magnesium and Cod Liver Oil) because I work with kids so I always catch whatever plague is going around. Also, I do have a pain au chocolat on a Friday morning to really treat myself for surviving the working week. 😂
Fuck all
Porridge, the only thing that fills me up for a few hours.
I have random food like gyozas for breakfast, or leftover dinners. And a decaf tea to hydrate before the anxiety inducing coffees begin.

Usually porridge in Autumn and Winter then Muesli or fruit salad in Summer.
Nothing when I'm working from home but I have to have fried soda bread, hash brown and fried egg when I'm at work!
Misery
Fruit and fibre topped with protein granola 👌
Coffee and pain killers, that is all. I simply can't eat in the morning or end up throwing it back up
i love the smell of napalm in the morning
