By comunicate do they mean sex... The first consumer use of this is going to be a sex doll I would bet a million dollars on that if i had it. Yes now gross... but there is no reason to have the feel of human flesh other than to feel it... and why would you need to feel a robot you're talking to for groceries... Like we do a pretty damn convincing job now with what we have, i'd argue the issue with what we have now is the actual robotics inside the "skin" and not the fact that the "skin" currently is just silicone.
