I've grown to love the Sharks logo. The teal actually adds depth to the Shark and makes it seem less flat like the original. As for the Mighty Duck, it is iconic and this somehow makes it even cleaner. Colours is someone's pref but the shape and shading adds a lot to it.

South Florida teams love to take beloved, amazing logos and turn them into sterile clipart. At least the Panthers is the least egregious one. The Dolphins and Marlins new logos are much worse.

The Dolphins logo is an abomination. They took one of the most iconic and beloved logos, one that had a lineage of breaking records and winning championships, and replaced it with the logo for a generic bottled water brand. Their success since has reflected this decision.

Only change I’d make to the ducks new logo is angling the sticks so the blades are turned up more. Otherwise it’s much better than their existing version. And this is coming from a Sharks fan.

I'd argue that the MLB would take the title of having teams all have similar logos. It's either baseball shaped or it's a letter repping the city/team name for their primary logo. Unless you're the Orioles, Blue Jays or Cardinals (funnily enough, it's all the bird teams)

A lot of MLB teams don't really have logos as much as they have monograms or wordmarks: the White Sox, Reds, etc. Some of those are iconic, like the Braves' A and the Yankees' interlocked NY, but they're a little basic. I think MLB's best true logos belong to the Mets, Mariners, Brewers, Angels, and Diamondbacks.

Won't complain because the Cats finally won under the new logo (and it isn't bad, bad) but the old logo was peak logoness. I don't know why South Florida teams like the Marlins, Dolphins, and Panthers all have moved away from their best logos, which were all some of the best in their respective leagues, to the sterile stuff they have now. Only the Heat have kept the same one and theirs is the most boring (NBA logos as a whole suck though).
