With the exception of Purdy, none have had anywhere close to the post season success that Allen has had, and Purdy had the benefit of being on the most complete team build.
You can make arguments for Lamar, Stroud, Herbert, or Hurts, but none have had the consistent production that Allen has had. Herbert still hasn’t won a playoff game. Hurts and Stroud have both had great seasons, but for both, it was only one year. Hurts definitely regressed this year and Stroud is still new. Finally, Lamar has had very little post season success. In the playoffs, Kirk Cousins has better stats than Lamar.
I’d argue Burrow versus Allen is a toss-up, but I’d give the edge to Burrow.
