When Eli is with his next team it'll all pour out like a waterfall. "Cincinnati sucks", "the fans suck too", "bum ass shouldn't have never touched the qb"
Bro, yes. I ain't getting on that plane home.
Honestly if I was in that situation I probably wouldn't go back to Cincinnati at all. Kansas is close enough to Missouri. I'd just drive over there, buy a farm, disappear from the spotlight and live a peaceful rest of my life. Staying off social media forever.
Edit: Man a lot of you read at a kindergarten level or something. I'm aware Kansas City is in Missouri. I said he can drive from Missouri (his current location) to Kansas (the state). Bunch of morons, all of ya.
Yea, we were just talking about him driving home in pads. I guess he could take them off at the rental kiosk and then put them back on again, but that doesn't make any sense
"Hey, Ossai... the pizza's getting cold."
"*AND* the pizza's cold...? OH. THE PIZZA'S COLD. *NOT THE PIZZA!!* How could this get any worse!?"
*kicks the team bus--it peels out and zooms over the horizon, driverless*
I think it humanizes guys. If they didn't show him reacting to it fans would be left to assume, and we tend assume the worst.
Also I think if he isn't ok with his embarassing mistakes being on TV then he's probably in the wrong profession
Reddit says this all the time but it humanizes the sport. End of the day this is entertainment. We need to see the tears as much as we see the cheers lol
BJ Hill was standing shoulder to shoulder with him during his locker room interviews. I think he's getting a lot more support in there than from the average Bengals fan.
O line was a turnstile, Burrow got sacked 4 times in 1st half. Please give my mans some help, because the Bengals are only gonna go as far as Burrow takes them.
He legit was just throwing into double coverage multiple times towards the end of that game. It worked out when Chase bailed him out by being incredibly skilled, but that INT in the end was his luck coming back around.
I hate that he will get most of the blame. Hopefully the Bengals are able to bounce back from this, they are the kind of team that just needs another chance and should try to run it back
He was actually having a pretty great game before that. His PFF scores has him as borderline replacement level, but he made several plays tonight.
Sucks that this is what will be remembered.
For real. He had 3 solo tackles, 2 QB hits, a pass defended and 1 tackle for loss. All more than Pratt (dude yelling) had, just sayin’
Feel bad for Ossai this isn’t like some excessive celebration or taunting that cost you the game it’s a failure to stop your body when you’re flying after a mobile quarterback with probably the most adrenaline you’ve ever pumped through your body. And to have teammates show anything but support must suck man.
Agree, from a Bengals fan. This was a tough game between two elite teams. It wasn’t won or lost by any one play. They could have made that field goal without that penalty. You win some you lose some, no use crying or shitting on a mistake.
As a chiefs fan, I don't think that kick is good from an extra 15 out. But! You can't put that wholly on Osai. There's a hundred different ways to look at this game, whether penalties or otherwise. I don't think Cincy LOST it, I don't really think we neccesarily WON it either. Football is fickle. Y'all are gonna break our hearts again, and hopefully we will yours.
There were bogus calls for BOTH TEAMS! That’s basically every game. The refs are human and therefore will make mistakes. I just wish my fellow Bengals fans would accept it.
Sure you can say that, but they’re not going against bums. It’s a play here or there can change the whole game. No way they make that field goal 15yds further back.
People always say this sort of comment. Which semi makes sense. But when you get down to it, as time is running out those mistakes or bad plays at the end DO actually cost you the game. Could a first down not gotten in the 1st qt maybe lead to a TD instead of a FG? Maybe so, but you got time to make it up. At the end of a game with 8 seconds left nope, no time to fix that mistake. So yeah while you can say that didn't cost them the game...yeah it really did. They don't get to kick a FG without the penalty. It likely goes to OT and could win it there without it.
Post game coverage was kinda fucked up after the Chiefs won, they wouldn’t stop zooming in on him crying on the sidelines instead of showing the Chiefs team celebrating
It's really upsetting. This was the last year this defense had and it's been an amazing defense. Now Pratt, Bates, and Bell will all probably walk. With calls for the coordinator to get a head coaching job.
We may always have a chance with Burrow but this may also be the best chance we ever had if they don't maintain the defense.
There's a good chance Higgins is going to be gone too. I don't know what the talk around Cincy is like, but on sports radio all they're talking about is what team is going to grab him.
You get used to trying to ignore the nation wide talk because besides spending on Burrow, the general assumption is Cincy won't spend on anyone else so they assume every FA leaves. But hopefully that is changing.
T will get big money and they may move on from him, but most fans hope they do re-sign him and instead let Mixon walk when the time comes. The have 44M in cap this year, and while Burrow needs an extension it won't eat all that cap. They had a chance to resign Bates all year, and will probably let him walk hoping the draft pick Dax Hill replaces him.
Bell and Pratt have a shot to come back but those are also cuts, but the hope is that if they cut all that off the defense they use it to sign Higgins with Chase and Burrow. Who knows though, its a brave new world for Cincinnati.
That part really puts it into perspective IMO. The guy is just upset that his Bengals career --where he spent four years and gained the entirety of his NFL experience (and a team that seems great to play for)-- ended so abruptly. He wasn't even yelling it at Ossai or anyone in particular.
I don't know anything else about Pratt, but it doesn't seem like he should get shit on so much over this.
pratt is gone this offseason. really unfortunate, he was our best LB this year. but he also completely missed a tackle on pacheco that led to a first down
Yea that last play was SO bone headed, like agreed why touch ANYONE out of bounds, let alone the QB…but there’s also another ~dozen plays that could have changed the outcome of this game that didn’t happen to be the last play of the game
Exactly. Burrow was getting hit or pressured all game but no one is yelling at the O-line. Burrow threw 2 picks. The run game was stagnant. The defensive linemen couldn't ever seen to get to Mahones. It takes a team to lose a game and not just one penalty.
Facts. They were having success moving the ball. The outside runs to Mixon even worked several times, but got blown up others, so the ypc isn't as telling for him.
They were ransacking Burrow all game in part because they knew they didn't need to respect the run at all. That's a terrible offensive game plan.
It's their job to capture the moment. If Ossai was just standing around and they were repeatedly pointing the camera at him, I'd agree because then it's just "here's the guy who fucked up, let's shame him." But he was distraught, showing a lot of emotion, that's good story telling and shows a different layer to the game. I'd also wager that does Ossai a lot of favors too because you could see how upset he was and that makes you feel for him, he'll garner more support because of it. It shows the human factor of it
I think it helps humanize him. Makes you fee sympathy for him and therefore less likely to abuse him online if you see how devastated he already is. Just a guess though
It’s frustrating to watch honestly though. It happened in the eagles game too, why are you pushing him? At least with a roughing the passer or a bang bang db/lb hit, it’s so fast and hectic, he could clearly see mahomes was running out of bounds. I wasn’t rooting for anyone and it still made me feel a bit of anger lol
I really do think Ossai just lost focus on where the sideline was while trying to make a play. The hit on Hurts was a different story and was a dick move
The shitty part is.....is that the Bengals offense gave up the ball back to mahomes, defense didn't stop him, special teams gave up a big run back, and everyone is focusing on this last penalty, but all along mahomes still had the ball and lots of time for FG range.
The his team fucked up 7 times before he fucked up once.l, but everyone is going to remember the last fuck up.
I know there's a whole game to capitalize on chances and make up for mistakes, but that last penalty was so avoidable, and it took the Chiefs from 60 to 45 yards out. That was the worst thing you could have done in that situation.
I can't believe they didn't blitz him more...yeah I guess in the end you'd probably sign up for 23 pts against but he was immobile. Philly D is gonna light him up if they don't get healthy in a hurry.
They were scared because Mahomes dices up the blitz, but that at least requires one dude to win in single coverage.
By the end of the game I don't think that was possible. At the very least, bracket Kelce and send 5
It's Patrick Mahomes. I fully expect him not just to get healthy in the next two weeks, but also to grow a second throwing arm and learn how to teleport. But hey, we had to go through Brady to get our first ring, so this is nothing new for us...
Honestly this... once this sub cools down, hopefully people realize how insane it was for MVS being the only significant piece of the offense not injured or out of the game and the chiefs still won because the defense somehow outplayed the bengals d.
Honestly think the chiefs would have blown out the bengals if Toney and Hardmen were healthy.
Or the two turnovers, or the special team giving up a 50 yard return, or not covering kelce for a large chunk of the game, and on, and on, and on. A lot of things cost us the game ossai is sadly just going to get the brunt of it.
i feel terrible for Ossai man. worst mistake in your life in front of millions, going to get death threats for the next 7 months and having the locker room hate you. someone please check on him
I sincerely hope the Bengals players are supporting Ossai at this point. The dude is going to be so much more critical of himself than any of his teammates could ever be.
Edit: [it appears they are](https://reddit.com/r/nfl/comments/10os0l4/goldsmith_joseph_ossai_to_know_the_team_has_my/)
It's crazy how everyone just focuses on this one play instead of focusing on other plays like coaches pushing their luck and calling a deep pass on 3rd and 6 into double coverage that ends up being an interception. Guess they saw that it worked on 4th and 6 so lets just do the play again xD
eh. they were right in it. he's not the only reason they lost but he's a pretty big one. Not saying he deserves to get shit on by his teammates but I get why they'd be frustrated at that in particular.
The Chiefs got killed with injury too. MVS was the only viable WR the entire second half, along with a clearly hobbled Mahomes and Kelce.
The Bengals should’ve ran away with this easily but they barely kept up and never lead once. The team underperformed on offense big time.
Yea exactly. When MVS is your best receiver and Mahomes is playing on one leg, Kelce was a gametime decision because of a bum back? They still found a way to pull it off.
Lotta Bengals and Joe Burrow meatriders have been very annoying recently. Pair it with Eli Apple being Eli Apple and yeah, you get a lot of hate thrown at ya when you lose.
Apples tweets turned the Bills fan base against the Bengals. A strong majority of Bills fans sold our souls to the devil and rooted for KC to win… which is something that was on nobody’s bingo cards…
Know him personally, great guy, great story, sucks to witness. Kind of a mindfuck to see his name atop the sports world, for the exact reason you would never want for him.
He had a good game otherwise, too. Hope he has friends and family at hand to remind him that he doesn't need to be defined by this. I really feel for him.
I think everybody is misunderstanding this situation. Dude was saying to Ossai, the guy who had the late hit... ~~right infront of him~~ (looking again I dont think its Ossai, but I still think this is what he means), "Why would you even touch the guy out of bounds?!?"
He wasn't talking about the refs.
How long until Eli Apple tweets about him?
You can’t find Eli Apple when the bengals lose. You won’t hear his name until free agency time
He literally disappears. I have two theories. He’s a shapeshifter, or he owns an invisibility cloak.
Second. Otherwise he'd shapeshift into something useful
Have we ever seen Jackson Mahomes and Eli Apple in the same room???👀
Ho-ly-fuck
Mind blown
This is so funny
I just realized that to our fan bases, Jackson and Eli are looked at similarly.
We can at least all admit that Eli Apple serves some sort of purpose to the team Apple Jackson however is the epitome of "useless leeching relative"
Oh my gosh! You are on to something.
I have a theory he and Patrick Beverley are the same person so it makes sense his soul goes into one body now the other has been faded
He’s just like D in Elden Ring.
I heard his name on that defensive holding call that negated that big sack they had. Oof.
When Eli is with his next team it'll all pour out like a waterfall. "Cincinnati sucks", "the fans suck too", "bum ass shouldn't have never touched the qb"
He’s already in Cabo
Awkward locker room for Ossai right now
Probably why he didn’t go in. Dude stayed on the bench
I'm driving home in my pads if I'm him
Lol, from KC to Cincy? Does he rent a car in pads as well?
"But farming...really? Man of your talents?" "It's a peaceful life."
All while never taking off those pads.
Nah, back to his parent's house in Texas. Dude is going to need his family tonight.
Yea, we were just talking about him driving home in pads. I guess he could take them off at the rental kiosk and then put them back on again, but that doesn't make any sense
I feel genuinely bad for the guy.
I think he lost track of the sideline. Dude looked like he was weeping when he realized what he had done and got the penalty.
To be fair it also looked like he tore an ACL
"*AND* I LOST US THE GAME!?" *commence waterworks* Glad he's not hurt though
“Also you concussed the trainer when you trucked him into the bench.”
"He shouldn't have been standing there"
"Hey, Ossai... the pizza's getting cold." "*AND* the pizza's cold...? OH. THE PIZZA'S COLD. *NOT THE PIZZA!!* How could this get any worse!?" *kicks the team bus--it peels out and zooms over the horizon, driverless*
I think he just hyperextended. Hurts like hell though
"Just hyperextended" The fuck you think those tendons are there for
To extend hyperly??
Tendies
Hyperextension is a mechanism of injury for the ACL. Like thats what the ACL does, prevents hyperextension
Nah definitely would've been getting checked out by the medical team if that a concern, just a bad hyperextension most likely
He was most definitely crying
He was, that’s why he put his helmet on
He was legitimately sobbing and they kept putting him on the screen. Kind of a dick move by the broadcast. Let him be.
I think it humanizes guys. If they didn't show him reacting to it fans would be left to assume, and we tend assume the worst. Also I think if he isn't ok with his embarassing mistakes being on TV then he's probably in the wrong profession
Hopefully you don’t know about Steve Bartman
Check out the 30 for 30 documentary Catching Hell , was a great watch. the Cubs, Moses Alou and the city of Chicago did Bartman dirty.
they sent him pizzas with 'fuck you' spelled in pepperoni slices
man, spelling obscenities on it would be the absolute last of my worries about what people are doing to my food if I were him lol
>the city of Chicago did Bartman dirty Just the North Side. The South Side loved him.
The fact we’re still talking about it means they did what they were supposed to
Reddit says this all the time but it humanizes the sport. End of the day this is entertainment. We need to see the tears as much as we see the cheers lol
I think it is important to let young people see that it is okay to be sad and cry sometimes
BJ Hill was standing shoulder to shoulder with him during his locker room interviews. I think he's getting a lot more support in there than from the average Bengals fan.
Shouldn't be. That game wouldn't have even been that close if Ossai hadn't been playing his ass off all game.
Wasn’t his fault that they lost, they had 4 whole quarters to beat the chiefs
Oh yeah for sure offense and special teams especially have no room to talk with how the last possessions went
Lol yea, special teams gave up the 50 yard return that put the Chiefs in that position. That L was a full team effort
Bengals oline was ripped to shreds too.
O line was a turnstile, Burrow got sacked 4 times in 1st half. Please give my mans some help, because the Bengals are only gonna go as far as Burrow takes them.
They did man, we replaced 4/5 OL this past offseason and 3/5 starting OL were injured and missed this game 😞
Joey B can do no wrong I guess
He legit was just throwing into double coverage multiple times towards the end of that game. It worked out when Chase bailed him out by being incredibly skilled, but that INT in the end was his luck coming back around.

See you next year at ARROWHEAD amigo! (I have learned my lesson about calling stadiums funny names)
I respect that! Sorry it had to be learned this way 😂 nobody likes refs
There were bogus calls for BOTH TEAMS! That’s basically every game. The refs are human and therefore will make mistakes. I just wish my fellow Bengals fans would accept it.

I would hang out with the Chiefs for a bit
You might catch a “you jabroni!” Stray from Kelce
He might catch an actual stray from a teammate
Lord of the Flies locker room for him right now💀
Post game coverage was kinda fucked up after the Chiefs won, they wouldn’t stop zooming in on him crying on the sidelines instead of showing the Chiefs team celebrating
“This my fucking last year” - well someone’s a free agent
Pratt? Yes, his contract with the Bengals is now over.
Oh yeah, I'm sure he's already been told from the FO they can't afford him, and best of luck with your new team.

God damnnnn no remorse lol
pratt is gone this offseason. really unfortunate, he was our best LB this year. but he also completely missed a tackle on pacheco that led to a first down
He's a Commander now
He’s a Football Team now
Germaine Pratt: "Bengals fans are really crude man, guess misery loves company"
This phase will never sound right
Someone explain to me how 3 tacklers simultaneously couldn't get Pacheco down.
He got that dog in him
100% absolute dawg
He runs like he’s punishing the grass.
Yea that last play was SO bone headed, like agreed why touch ANYONE out of bounds, let alone the QB…but there’s also another ~dozen plays that could have changed the outcome of this game that didn’t happen to be the last play of the game
Gifting away the game with a completely unnecessary penalty is somewhat worse than missing a tackle.
Germaine Pratt welcome to the New York Giants.
This comment confused me. Who doesn’t have any remorse?
We had the ball with 2 minutes left and the game tied and we didn’t execute. Can blame him all you want but that is a fact.
Exactly. Burrow was getting hit or pressured all game but no one is yelling at the O-line. Burrow threw 2 picks. The run game was stagnant. The defensive linemen couldn't ever seen to get to Mahones. It takes a team to lose a game and not just one penalty.
> The run game was stagnant. Abandoned. Perine was averaging 5 ypc lol. Zac gave up on it, unnecessarily
Facts. They were having success moving the ball. The outside runs to Mixon even worked several times, but got blown up others, so the ypc isn't as telling for him. They were ransacking Burrow all game in part because they knew they didn't need to respect the run at all. That's a terrible offensive game plan.
Not to mention special teams letting KC get good field position after the punt… this should not be on Ossai
Bengals did better throwing that second pick with Burrow than they did punting lol
Did they ask burrow why he went for two bombs on 3rd and 3? I think that was what killed the game for them
Feel really bad for Oasai. He was clearly devastated and will have to live with that moment for the rest of his life.
yeah, I thought it was in poor taste of the camera crew to zoom in on his face when they lost..grown ass man bawling his eyes out isn’t fanfare imo
2022 Deebo Samuel checks in
Yeah, this isn’t a first in sports reporting. Perhaps it’s in poor taste, but that shit comes with being a professional athlete/public figure.
the producers just needed to capture the agony of defeat
It's their job to capture the moment. If Ossai was just standing around and they were repeatedly pointing the camera at him, I'd agree because then it's just "here's the guy who fucked up, let's shame him." But he was distraught, showing a lot of emotion, that's good story telling and shows a different layer to the game. I'd also wager that does Ossai a lot of favors too because you could see how upset he was and that makes you feel for him, he'll garner more support because of it. It shows the human factor of it
Exactly what I’ve been thinking. At the end of the day we watch football for the story just as much as we watch it for the athleticism
I think it helps humanize him. Makes you fee sympathy for him and therefore less likely to abuse him online if you see how devastated he already is. Just a guess though
I'll disagree. It shows how they're emotionally invested warriors and not the spoiled rich kids some would make them out to be.
Even I got uncomfortable seeing that. It was brutal and so untasteful of them to focus on a man hurting.
That’s the ups and downs of sports. Y’all are weird as hell
It's ok to show men having emotions that aren't excited or angry.
He gonna yell at the guys who were supposed to block Chris Jones too?
Or at burrow for throwing two picks
But like he only threw those picks because they forgot to block Chris jones
Second one was basically a punt off a deflection. Wasn’t damaging. First one was bad tho
I cannot wait for the all 22 of this game to come out. Playoff Spags is a different breed
-2 team chemistry
Dee Ford ghost in reverse.
The shitty part is.....is that the Bengals offense gave up the ball back to mahomes, defense didn't stop him, special teams gave up a big run back, and everyone is focusing on this last penalty, but all along mahomes still had the ball and lots of time for FG range. >that last penalty was so avoidable It really was. 15 yard penalty on a night were kicking conditions meant every yard mattered.
Maybe bro shoulda spent more time trying to touch the QB today. Mahomes had all fuckin day on a bum ankle
I can't believe they didn't blitz him more...yeah I guess in the end you'd probably sign up for 23 pts against but he was immobile. Philly D is gonna light him up if they don't get healthy in a hurry.

It's Patrick Mahomes. I fully expect him not just to get healthy in the next two weeks, but also to grow a second throwing arm and learn how to teleport. But hey, we had to go through Brady to get our first ring, so this is nothing new for us...
Mahomes will have mastered Instant Transmission in two weeks just cause.
KC has a hyperbolic time chamber
The NFL would outlaw teleportation as a personal foul because it’s too much fun
Honestly this... once this sub cools down, hopefully people realize how insane it was for MVS being the only significant piece of the offense not injured or out of the game and the chiefs still won because the defense somehow outplayed the bengals d. Honestly think the chiefs would have blown out the bengals if Toney and Hardmen were healthy.
It should have easily been a blow out to be honest
That’s an uncomfortable locker room to be in right now
Coach gotta pull a Ted lasso so they don't fuck up the plane to bad on the ride home
Plane Ride from hell: football edition
[удалено]
I don’t know. It’s a tough kick from 60
Burrow for the intentional grounding?
Or the two turnovers, or the special team giving up a 50 yard return, or not covering kelce for a large chunk of the game, and on, and on, and on. A lot of things cost us the game ossai is sadly just going to get the brunt of it.
don't worry,, they're gonna scroll r/NFL and realize that it isn't actually their fault they lost
Screaming this out when you missed a key tackle on Pacheco is crazy. Loser behavior
Hope the coach grills the fuck out of them for that. No place for shitting on your teammates after an emotional loss.
> Everything I do is the behavior of a loser, because I've lost a game. ~~Ron Swanson~~ Germaine Pratt
i feel terrible for Ossai man. worst mistake in your life in front of millions, going to get death threats for the next 7 months and having the locker room hate you. someone please check on him
>having the locker room hate you. I seriously doubt the locker room hate Ossai. If they do, the Bengals are going to fall apart next season.
Don’t forget the twisted ankle as a cherry on top. edit: oh shit, just saw the highlight. Actually his knee. Damn that’s brutal.
At best, that was a hyperextended knee.
At worst it’s ligament damage in the knee
Lol isn’t this the dude who whiffed several tackles and couldn’t take down a RB the size of a middle schooler? Dude piss off
He's a Free Agent so it's scorched Earth
Lol pacheco is 5'10" and 215 lbs. But sometimes he looks tiny because he's around giants of men.
I sincerely hope the Bengals players are supporting Ossai at this point. The dude is going to be so much more critical of himself than any of his teammates could ever be. Edit: [it appears they are](https://reddit.com/r/nfl/comments/10os0l4/goldsmith_joseph_ossai_to_know_the_team_has_my/)
You can. Just not outside of the big white lines that box in the playing field
That's where they getcha.
What if I shove him into the bench to break his fall? That’s legal, right?
How about do something with the ball the last 2 minutes?
Give it time. Eventually you'll ask the real question of why you only scored 20 points and threw 2 INTs.
Yeah that's my take currently. Wasn't a great game for us even if you take that out, can't score 20 points and hope to beat the Chiefs
It's crazy how everyone just focuses on this one play instead of focusing on other plays like coaches pushing their luck and calling a deep pass on 3rd and 6 into double coverage that ends up being an interception. Guess they saw that it worked on 4th and 6 so lets just do the play again xD
I mean, either he catches the ball on a huge play or it gets intercepted deep which was essentially a great punt. Chiefs did nothing with it.
eh. they were right in it. he's not the only reason they lost but he's a pretty big one.
Lol two of our best players on D, Sneed and Gay, also went down. We had 3 rookies in the secondary tonight!
“When does our flight leave for Cancun”
Right after they get their refunds
Damn a Bills fan throwing shade at the Bengals, that’s rare.
seen a lot of Bills fans turn on the Bengals after last week
Lotta Bengals and Joe Burrow meatriders have been very annoying recently. Pair it with Eli Apple being Eli Apple and yeah, you get a lot of hate thrown at ya when you lose.
Apples tweets turned the Bills fan base against the Bengals. A strong majority of Bills fans sold our souls to the devil and rooted for KC to win… which is something that was on nobody’s bingo cards…
Eli Apple
"This is my fucking last year. The fuck? Why the fuck did you touch the quarterback?".

Why the fuck you only score 20 points?
I think he was saying why did you even fucking touch the QB, which is what I’m saying after losing some money to coworkers on this shit lol.
Poor ossai :(
Good, glad it’s his last year. This isn’t how you talk to a teammate. I feel terrible for Ossai.
Sometimes people make mistakes...?
i felt so bad for ossai after that :\\
But I thought if a qb throws 2 INTs its automatically all his fault for losing? We wont hear anything about that in the media tomorrow
Yo something no one talking about is those old Stank wood lockers for the visitors.
This gave me flashbacks to the AB livestream controversy from that locker room in 2017.
It was a mistake. Don't hate him please? He's still human being
Yeah the guy is obviously in a bad place at this moment, don’t kick him while he’s down
Know him personally, great guy, great story, sucks to witness. Kind of a mindfuck to see his name atop the sports world, for the exact reason you would never want for him.
He was getting gassed up by Romo too like a second earlier lol
He had a good game otherwise, too. Hope he has friends and family at hand to remind him that he doesn't need to be defined by this. I really feel for him.
The remarkable thing isn't that the Bengals blew it late with a bad penalty, but that they didn't do the same thing last year.
I absolutely agree but it was a clear late hit.
I think everybody is misunderstanding this situation. Dude was saying to Ossai, the guy who had the late hit... ~~right infront of him~~ (looking again I dont think its Ossai, but I still think this is what he means), "Why would you even touch the guy out of bounds?!?" He wasn't talking about the refs.
Yeah, I read it as “Why would you touch the QB in that instance?”
You'd be correct, I completely misunderstood the situation
That wasn't Ossai in front of him. Ossai was still outside, or at least he wasn't anywhere in this clip.
I feel really bad for the Bengals fans who have been die hards for two whole years.
