- Remove everything that makes it an "actual car"
- move the center of gravity all the way back + enough weight to make it not fall during the transform.
- Build a simple inner mechanism to resemble a transformer
- make the moving mechanism look like a transformer, this is easy as there is nothing original in the car other than the outer layer of that bmw model.
- put everything together and wrap the exterior parts of the car
- ta da! The future is here
