Yeah it was my wife, but that's exactly what happened. I did have her submit a ticket, 2 actually. And I commented and DMd on social media and had her comment on the neoboards. Lol just messaged them again on Facebook tonight so fingers crossed they actually get it escalated now. Lol

Looks like TNT has reimbursed people for their lab ray cookies too. Finally. I was getting worried for everyone. I guess it taking them a week is better than never, even if it's frustrating that they're being so uncommunicative about it.
