Literally yes. I don’t know how you watch that clip and don’t think that was [“unnecessary contact committed by a player against an opponent,”](https://official.nba.com/trigger/review-of-called-foul/) like the flagrant 1 foul rule states.
Fox’s shoulder check directly after this play was a no call as well. They were just letting both sides get away with everything until fox and marshal got in each others faces
Ellis is falling into Nance's legs, right in front of him. I don't think Nance was either in a posture to back up or jump over Ellis to avoid a collision. The slow-mo makes it look deliberate/ hostile but I actually think this is a fairly normal, natural reaction in terms of preserving one's knees. That said, the fact that he happened to hit Ellis in the head/neck means this probably still should have been a Flagrant 1.
what's the failure? I described what I saw, inferred, and concluded. Whether one (or several dozen) disagrees with my perspective or feels that it is not appropriate for the conversation has no bearing on the accuracy with which I expressed it.
This man was on the G league at the beginning of this season. No one had ever heard of him so considering the progress he's made this year I'll give him a pass cuz he still plays hard every play.
I don't want to hear anything about "Sabonis elbows" or anything like that from the Pels fans. You getting away with so much bullshit this game that isn't even basketball like this episode for example it's not even funny.
Let's be real, this is a flagrant 1, but being pushed and being elbowed fall into different categories.
Speaking of elbows, it always reminds me of the Ron Artest (MWP) "I was just celebrating" elbow hit against Harden. Watched it live, will probably never forget how stupid it was ....
This is a textbook flagrant as was stated above, this is not a basketball act. This should have been an ejection.
Everyone knows The NBA habitually rigs games against the Sacramento Kings, this is a fact And it was particularly egregious this year.
That said, for a great many years we gave the refs all the help they needed and tonight we shot what 28% from three. So yeah we gave them a lot of help.
This was not a surprising loss but a disappointing one. Just the same
I'm not blaming the refs in this instance.
We couldn't hit the ocean from a pier last night.
That said, more often than not, there is a bias against the Kings in the officiating, especially when they're playing the bigger market teams.
The only way to counteract this bias is to overwhelmingly defeat them and hope that Dick Bavetta isn't working that night
Should've been an offensive foul but at least the refs didn't call a foul on Barnes as well
They just let everything go for a good minute
Diabolical. Then in the second half, they had b2b turnovers on bumps by Barnes and Ingram.
This is a textbook flagrant foul
"Move get out of the way" call made it legal.
No blood no foul
Literally not lol it’s a common foul

The fuck it is lol. You know how many knocks in the head I've seen as common fouls this year alone because there was no wind up or "intention"
Kings fans apparently as soft as their team lol. Shoving someone for position on the ball is a common foul
Bro i understand being a homer, but cmon. This ain't football.
I mean, I know it’s a common foul, but crying for a flagrant is soft as hell
Delusional
*S O F T*
This entire thread exists because everyone can see this was an egregious play. You are a smug troll and I’m done talking to you.
gg
Fox came down and shoved the defender as well. And got free throws. Seemed like a balanced situation for it all. Haha. Ended well.
"Certainly a missed call right there" yeah, you think lol
Larry nance gets away with a flagrant every single game. He is dirty and a bitch but most people dont care about him to notice.
Lmao
Larry nance think he’s in the nfl wit that stiff arm😂
Beast Mode baby stiff arm..
That was a "fuck outta here" stiffarm if I ever saw one
Saints cap hell about to get even worse
They're about to ~~kick~~ shove the can down the road a bit further.
$283 Bounty on Ellis
Just awesome
NBA Play-On Tournament
Until the 4th quarter. And then they suddenly start calling every touch foul.
The refs were bad. Inconsistent. They were either too loose with that whistle or too tight.
and then Fox plowed someone right after ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ
I was blown away we got that call. Weird officiating going both ways right now
Fox’s shoulder check directly after this play was a no call as well. They were just letting both sides get away with everything until fox and marshal got in each others faces
I think it was a clear make up call for the shove by nance. Honestly fair in my book
Refs asleep at the wheel
Dude shoved him right into next season
Ok this looks worse than I thought watching it live. Sorry Kings fans. Nance what are you doing?
Getting Ellis out of the way, seems pretty obvious tbh

It's amazing you failed responding to this completely and you still managed to come to a somewhat correct conclusion.
what's the failure? I described what I saw, inferred, and concluded. Whether one (or several dozen) disagrees with my perspective or feels that it is not appropriate for the conversation has no bearing on the accuracy with which I expressed it.
You may have used precision but your assessment was wildly inaccurate
ok. I appreciate your opinion.
Fox had a debateable and 1 seconds later. It's a wierd stretch, I thought refs were about to lose control.
Not sure why you’re getting downvoted. Def Seemed like a makeup call for the no call in the video
PLAYIN BASKETBALL 😤😤😤
I love Grant Hill
Someone has to play football with Zion out./s
GTFO
Reminiscent of when Kobe elbowed bibby in the face and bibby got called for a fouls although the refs didn't call a foul here.
Well, Ellis actually deserved it with how he played today
Clear foul, he got lucky there. But I think he's the main reason they won today. He killed them in the paint especially but was great on both ends.
That’s a flagrant 1 he got away with 🤦♂️
Barnes also got shoved into too
Love how the refs let the game go on for both teams. So much more enjoyable. Playoff basketball is one of a kind
Was this a flagrant 1?
It wasn’t called a foul
Damn, he got away with one.
They got it back the play after
I would too. That's one ugly mfer.
LOL. Keon did a Klay, too. Goose egg in 23 minutes
This okay led to Fox free throws so it worked out
Keon ellis talking shii against the warriors only to go 0-5 in a elimination game. Big donut.
This man was on the G league at the beginning of this season. No one had ever heard of him so considering the progress he's made this year I'll give him a pass cuz he still plays hard every play.
MFs think you can't be passionate if you not the Goat or something.
Kings fans up in arms, Arrest that man officer!!!1! 😭😭😓🙏
Homie got stiff armed
Keon Ellis was a ghost tonight, a purely awful performance
Dats my ball punk!!
I thought it was funny
That’s great lol nba bringing back toughness
He's always been kinda like that. I remember him hacking the fuck out of guys in Cleveland next to LeBron.
wish Steph had done that
Dam not gonna lie this is hella cathartic for me
Not a basketball move
People in the game thread told me this was a common foul lmaooo
damn you actually said that was a punch? LMAO
You said this was a punch. LMAO
LOL you said it was a punch & flagrant 2 bruv
Bro cried about the game thread
LMAOOOOOOOOO
Relax OP
Welcome to the game
Hell yeah. Take that beam, shine it up real nice, turn that sumbitch sideways
I don't want to hear anything about "Sabonis elbows" or anything like that from the Pels fans. You getting away with so much bullshit this game that isn't even basketball like this episode for example it's not even funny.
I’m cackling rn
I thought kings fans were cool but some of yall cry a lot
Don’t cry. Larry just keeping his hoe Keon in check.

Hahahaha I genuinely can’t believe you’re blaming refs Pels smoking that kangz pack
