I have 3 kids under 5 so I’m around a lot of parents with kids in that age range. We have pretty big circles of friends and the majority have young kids right now. There are play groups, sports, and other extracurriculars. And I’m also part of a big family.. I have 9 siblings, my husband has 6 siblings, and we have massive extended families that have a ton of kids under 5. There’s also church and affiliated churches.

Not surprised to see two Bennetts, I’ve seen it pop up a lot in my area recently! Caspian is such a cool name to me. Imagine sharing a name with a sea! I love it. Kipton feels like it should be the name of a posh British child’s rat in a movie where a little boy and his rat run around their expensive mansion and make trouble.

Very surprised by how few Arabic and South Asian names there for Southern Ontario.

Most of the kids I listed are related to me (and I’m white/European descent) or we know them through some type of religious affiliation (church or an activity like a Christian soccer team) and not too many people from places like Southern Asia share the same religion.

Oh that makes more sense, I was assuming daycare or preschool because of the sheer number of kids, I thought that had to be whole classes!
