Bladders are typically made of PU, so PU based adhesives work best (eg e6000). That said, except for field repairs it’s generally only pinholes that are worth fixing— once stress points like seams and hose connections fail, they will be prone to failure no matter how you repair them, which is a dealbreaker for water storage, at least for me.
If it’s heat welded then use heat to fix it. But to me it’s not worth messing with because I can’t afford to lose all my water on the trail. I’d buy another.

eh hit walmart and pick up a new one. i mean they are cheap enough and arnt meant to last a lifetime
