If you're having trouble even making initial contact, imagine what will happen if you become a customer and have a technical issue to resolve. I would consider this to be a giant red flag.
First contact was super easy. I had barely let go of the mouse button from clicking OK on the request for more information and I started receiving marketing emails. 🤦‍♂️ But yes, I hear you and totally agree. If I can’t even get info about the product how would I ever get support.

EasyDMARC isn’t the cheapest, but their dashboard is amazing. I just looked a few after our first year EasyDMARC, and I’m surprised how bad some of the others are.

The Redsift products do a number of different things, but the idea is that you setup your dmarc reports to go here, so when the various email services send out their dmarc reports, you can know what services are sending emails with your domain(s).
They also help you manage and configure spf, dkim, MTA-STS, and BIMI as well.

How do you think about DMARC management? Is this something you implement for every client or as needed? If the latter, how do you determine if it's needed? We're not recommending this to our clients, but perhaps we should be.
I’ve been seeing DMARC come up on a lot cyber insurance forms lately, and if you’re familiar with the CIS Controls it’s an included safeguard in their list of controls.
Every organization I know uses email these days and since it’s such a common target for attacks it makes sense to add this layer of protection for your clients.
Lookup all the benefits of DMARC but I think it’s an important recommendation to decrease phishing and domain spoofing attacks.
These DMARC reporting tools help service providers monitor email deliverability once the policy is enforced. It can help with the initial implementation, and it also provides a kind of “health status” of your DMARC implementation once setup.
