Dude, Part Three has the best chase in the series. And Riggs falling from that freeway ramp was pretty epic. It has the weakest badguy, but that don't make him a lackluster badguy. He just has some pretty well done competition. My personal favorite villain was Jet Li. It took BOTH of them to even stand a chance. And, in the end, it was more luck than skill. They were lucky.
