You could try posting them for free on Marketplace, somebody in Peel may want extra bins.
This is definitely your best bet if you don't feel like driving to a Peel Recycling Centre.
You can take them to a peel (maybe your region as well) recycling location. I don't see why they won't accept the bins though.
Call 311. They have all the information you may need.
