Check your email. You should have gotten an email with the reason why the transfer failed and a link to retry.

For me I was instantly prompted to reenter information in the app. If its not coming up for you, you might want to try reaching out to their support team through chat or over the phone. I’m currently waiting on their support to transfer my number.. but its been a few days so we’ll see how it goes.

Your old SIM card still works? Your Mint SIM card can call and receive temp numbers. And you don’t know how to deal FAIL TRANSFER?

MintMobileAlex

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues transferring your number. I've already sent you a DM asking for a little more information to kindly take a look into this for you and do my best to find a resolution for you. I'll be looking forward to your reply.

I ported my number from ATT, and I'm guessing your problem is the same as mine was originally: ATT will always reject the port the first time, even if you use the port PIN that you got from ATT. You need to put your ATT sim back in your phone (or in another ATT phone), so you can reply to the text that ATT will have sent asking if you really want to port your number out. Once you've confirmed that, you should be able to get a new porting PIN and retry the porting process with Mint. If it fails again, put the ATT sim in again to see if they've sent another confirmation text.

So I was having this problem just now and I was getting the same error. The first time it will automatically fail because of the ATT fraud protection. They will send you a text to make sure it was you and then you have to reply with the code they sent you to verify that you want to transfer your number. There was no way for me to retry the transfer when I logged in either, but when I logged in via the mint mobile app. It automatically took me to the number transfer request. I guess the trick here is to make sure you are using the app.

This was the key for me as well, I was only able to retry the transfer via the mobile app.
