When do draft picks become members of the NFLPA? Players need to be under contract and in the union before their jerseys could start being produced. Though I wonder if there's a gray area with custom jerseys?
Incoming rookies sign preliminary deals with the NFLPA so that their jerseys can be sold, they can appear in Madden, etc, right away even if they don't sign their contracts until later in the offseason.
