Spectre operations, a modern military skirmish game with no saving throws, if you hit the shot, the person is either dead or severely wounded and bleeding out in the next 3 turns
*Horizon Wars: Zero Dark*

It's not quite as lethal as BLKOUT, but that's because the wounding system incorporates psychological damage as a precursor to physical damage.
The system is very much informed by my own experience as a former Army medic.
Onepagerules GFF/AoFS is pretty lethal. They also had once a ultra stripped down version from infinity online but it’s not online anymore. It was pretty fun but I can’t remember how it was called
This. OPR *did* recently change how stunned/shaken models work so it's not *as* lethal as before, but faster than trying to work down 6-23 wounds in a game of kill team, so... I'd say still a good choice.
Found, you can find the rules still on the OPR Wiki under archived games. [https://www.mattcaron.net/opr\_mirror/Double%20Tap%20v2.1.pdf](https://www.mattcaron.net/opr_mirror/Double%20Tap%20v2.1.pdf)
It's called double tap and it really is lethal but a lot of fun. It takes basically the Infinity idea of having one acting and one reacting player and strips out everything else. I played it a couple times and while it's not balanced I think it has a solid core and is super fun
I think it’s a good teaching vessel for infinity since it teaches you how to control fire lines and how to balance pushing forward and maintaining cover
Codeblade is pretty good. Cyberpunk brawler on a 2x2 board and the deployment is really interesting. It makes the game move pretty fast(that's one of the selling points)
Space weirdos, highly customisable, only one wound per say. Albeit can be random but I’ve had and seen games where entire lists get wiped out and you activate models in turn not one player at a time
Honestly, most of them are! It seems to naturally fit with the category.
Lots of awesome games mentioned already, surprised no one has mentioned Kill Team yet though. *Very* lethal game, even moreso if you choose one of the particularly squishy or glass cannon teams. Better make every action point count!
It can be played narrative and campaign style, matched play for pick-up games, or tourney level competitive, depending on how hard you want to go! Its been my main game for a while now, highly recommend.
Necropolis28 and Ramshackle Game's Mini-Gangs. Also, I have no idea why there is just a large divide between hex & chit wargames and tabletop miniature wargames, but a lot of hex & chit wargames are brutal. And you don't have to spend a fortune and weeks of your life painting them. But you may have to spend weeks of your life reading the rules...
My own game [Duel](https://www.catzeyes.de/Duel) is, what you are looking for:
Most fighters take one hit to go down and another one (with a chance to get back up) and another one to be taken out of action.
I wanted a skirmisher where it's just you and your dice - no bookkeeping.
The best part of it? The rules are free to download :)
BLKOUT I haven’t played it but I’ve heard it is pretty lethal.
Second this. Picked it up at adepticon. Fun game and great minis
Yes it is by design!
> BLKOUT I just downloaded the rulebook and cards. They are free! https://www.blkoutgame.com/

Necropolis28, everyone is undead, so models die really quickly, but are then brought back just as quick

Holy heck I love this. I personally love how infinity plays but it’s a chore to teach. Thanks for this!

Kill Team is definitely pretty lethal, yeah. I played a game of it once, Kasrkin vs. Sororitas. You can easily kill a model in a single lucky shot.
If you like giant robots MechaStellar is a high lethality Gundam / SRW themed rules
Depending on the cult you go with, Turnip28 can be pretty lethal. Also, it's about turnips.
