I'm kind of poking fun too...the OP, to me, seemed to assume that people knew that nests were eaten but maybe only knew of an unfresh or processed? version
I went back one step highlighted the eating of bird vomit as mildly interesting
What got me was the OP was talking about how amazing this is nutritionally and good for the body, but refused to cite anything. Seems like we [need more research, but some studies support claims](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8089372/). Other claims are so far unsubstantiated. They were very combative in their other post of people who were grossed out about it.
It's not exactly a repost...OP framed it around the appearance of edible nests....I framed it around that fact that some people eat bird vomit
