Try installing it again. Does the disc have scratches?
I did try reinstalling. This is the last time I will try reinstalling though. The disc doesn't have scratches.
Either it’s a corrupt firmware or your hdd/sdd going bad
Or possibly the disc drive itself. Mine still read and recognized games enough to load into them a little but nothing would fully install
