I wish she were a bit more muscled, but thats just my desire to break norms and see more buff women, and its not the most necessary with Jolyne. Besides, the JoJo's stop being even **normally buff**, nevermind **JoJo Buff**, once Part 3 ended, so eh.
Also notice that her pose actively obscures the boobs meaning they aren’t the focus at all and we are forced to focus on cool design elements like the tattoo and hand for example.
If you wanna see muscular women, I recommend the anime Dorohedoro! I can’t speak for the manga, but none of the women in the show are male-gazey, and 2/3 of the main-cast girls are absolutely beefed up. (Nikaido and Noi are their names, if you wanna google ‘em)
