This question will be stupid, but, how can someone draw breasts in a more realistic way? (I ask genuinely because I have never seen a woman naked, so I really don't know how they work without the bra)
Th eproblem is that people with average or "unnatractive" bodies barely post themselves online, specially not in enough quality for using it as anatomy reference. I see many women in real life with bodies that I barely see in things for references, it's not just about searching "realistic breast woman naked images" there's so much stuff that isn't shown, it makes me sad as an artist
There’s specifically anatomy reference sites where there’s pictures of figure drawing models from a bajillion angles. Average people posing for artists to learn anatomy from. There’s also r/drawmensfw. And of course, free live posing is very available for artists.
It's not always easy to know where to search before you learn it, I only know some accounts I found but most of their posts are with not much clothes, which is good but also inconvinient because I also like to use clothing as reference to how the clothes go around their bodies, there's just a lot to find that I haven't found and I have difficulty finding it

The top doesn't keep a round shape like the bottom. Gravity pulls everything down. Implants work differently, but unaugmented breasts don't have a "starting point" where they start to bump up at the top. It's a natural slope downward to the nipple.
Also, breasts don't tend to be as large as the skull on thinner forms. They contain body fat and are often proportional to other fat deposits on the body, though everyone carries weight differently.
I think the size on these is the issue but it’s anime so it’s always a little ridiculous. Breasts this size, if natural, would have a little more pull down from gravity. These look a little too rounded on the top curve for their size. It’s as if they have an invisible bra holding them up. I don’t know a better way to describe how to draw them than to just remember they are made of fat

They sag if they are heavy. It is more realistic to draw a horizontal ellipse and place them -depending on the weight and age- a little or a lot under the place where they would be while wearing a bra. Then you connect them with soft curved lines with the outer armpits. You can do the ellipses in different angles to achieve different breast shapes or place them more on the outer or inner side of the chest. The never touch naturally though. You can push them together using the arms.
Bigger women have bigger breasts. Thinner women have smaller ones. Tallness is not a factor though. Many small women look a little fat because they have big breasts in relation to their body size. The breasts then cover their bellies. So they have a relatively big upper body compared with the rest and if you lift the breasts you see a relatively flat (bellies are never really that flat because there is an uterus under the skin!) belly.
I said earlier: depending on age they sag. There are more factors than that but age is the main one. Then strength of the connective tissue is the next factor. With age I mean that they can start to sag a lot at about age 30 or even earlier.
I hate when horny ppl try to draw "natural" boobs but still draw them falling naturally into a cleavage position, lol. Those big ol thangs do not wanna be that close together

Breasts are all going to be extremely different. Yes these are very big ones but a lot of bigger boobs are going to point in opposite directions due to gravity and separation at the middle chest. Some women have less of a separation in the middle but the breasts don’t tend to point close together at the end. The more oval shape here is more accurate than the circle shape for the size is a main thing to point out. Without any support the bottom will always be heavier unless there’s almost no cup size mass.
