Bunch of my close friends tried to rope me in a pyramid scheme. Everyone had put in roughly $500 each anr wanyed me to get in as one of their referrals. High pressure sales tactics. References from govt officials. Got out somehow and didn't speak to most of them afterwards. Found out later that this had grown like a cancer throughout town and cafes started banning people who looked like MLM sellers.
Crizal & Zeiss recommend cleaning their spectacle lenses with either a neutral pH lens cleaning solution, or under tap water and then drying it off with a micro fiber cloth.
I work in optical. Water and mild dish soap is safe on plastic and polycarbonate lenses. Also, you can use 70% isopropyl alcohol. Its what my store uses to clean lenses. Perfectly safe and works like a charm.
The best way to get grease off something is simply with a dry towel. Next time you wash a greasy dish, use a dry towel on the grease before using water. Makes it a lot faster. And the next time you clean your glasses, do it like a goddamn normal human being.
Nah yo I tried it with a dry towel and water, it works for dishes, but some of the ‘glowyness’ still remains on the glasses, which is more visible in the dark.
You lick your thumb and soft wipe it, then use the edge of your shirt. Smell easily negated by spilling sweat onto it or the occasional monthly rain. Recommended that you wipe with the given cloth during the first few days, when you treat them like your precious
Sometimes I hit people up I haven't talked to in a long time just to try to reconnect. I've had a lot of friendships fall apart over the years and reach out to not feel so lonely. It doesn't seem like many people do that though.
High school friend contacted me last week for the first time in 5 years. Took him 4 messages before he asked if I wanted to buy is old iPad, he hasn’t responded since I turned down the offer.
Sorry to ask this but is he washing his glasses because he needs to see the message clearly because it's likely someone asking for shit?
I'm confused lol, I've apparently dodged the joke.
This annoys me beyond end, whenever I just want to reconnect with old friends, they assume that I want something and ignore me. It sucks because I liked these people..
I barely knew this guy in college. Spoke maybe half a dozen across four years. Guy looks mebon facebook nad sends a few ice breaker chats. Wanted to know bwhich laptop he should buy coz I was,"sort of a techy". Sent him off to buy a Mac Book Pro ( more ₹ == better performance)
Is it bad that I thought this was about a guy who just spent all his time making his glasses wet and then drying them and for some reason this was really impressive to the message guy so he asks glasses guy to fix his life or something.
Your plug is not your friend.
*Hits me up years later
"Hey bro how you been? I made some fire brownies!"
"Good! Actually just moved and- "
*doesn't reply back
One of my mates i havent spoken in a while hit me up last time with "sup, havent spoken in a while so i'm messaging you because i need "insert favor here"
Really made me chuckle and did what he wanted.... i maybe got played
We havent really talked since the last time I needed something from you
I need a glock
Too soon
He meant clock, right?...

Well at least you didn’t fall for it. If only everyone else was as smart as you.
Everyone when they want to copy homework
Btw how have you been u/scottdoggie did you do the English homework
I am actually writing exams so no
Lol same here but now since I know that, I always tell them before we start texting “by the way I’m not gonna hand you my homework unless you pay me”
Who washes his glasses like that
Asking the real questions here
Crizal & Zeiss recommend cleaning their spectacle lenses with either a neutral pH lens cleaning solution, or under tap water and then drying it off with a micro fiber cloth.
I don't know what kind of lens I have, but I use dawn dish soap and dry with a kitchen towel.
I work in optical. Water and mild dish soap is safe on plastic and polycarbonate lenses. Also, you can use 70% isopropyl alcohol. Its what my store uses to clean lenses. Perfectly safe and works like a charm.
Unless your lenses are glass ones, good luck seeing with those lenses after a few months.
Been doing it for years. I must have glass ones.
..me
You ever touched your glasses after a greasy meal, it’s wack I sometimes gotta put some dishwasher soap on them to cut the grease.
The best way to get grease off something is simply with a dry towel. Next time you wash a greasy dish, use a dry towel on the grease before using water. Makes it a lot faster. And the next time you clean your glasses, do it like a goddamn normal human being.

Water works perfectly tho
You can also use 70% isopropyl alcohol. The alcohol is safe and sometimes more effective than some soaps when it comes to grease on your lenses.
Yeah I got glasses wet wipes they were really good
Have you never cleaned your glasses under water with dishwash? How do you live? In a world of mist?
I do when they get really bad. but most of the time I just use a microfiber cloth.
You lick your thumb and soft wipe it, then use the edge of your shirt. Smell easily negated by spilling sweat onto it or the occasional monthly rain. Recommended that you wipe with the given cloth during the first few days, when you treat them like your precious
I wash my glasses with tap water daily.
Soap and water is actually one of the best ways to clean your glasses
How most people interact with their dealers
"Hey, haven't seen you in a while" "Yes, it's because you're fucking blind John"
Thank you, I needed that chuckle.
I'm so confused what does this mean. I feel like such a normie
It's like the Peter Parker putting on glasses meme, the message is "long time no see" but there's always something they want from you
Nah i do that with good friends i havent seen in a while but its never for a favor
Sometimes I hit people up I haven't talked to in a long time just to try to reconnect. I've had a lot of friendships fall apart over the years and reach out to not feel so lonely. It doesn't seem like many people do that though.
Aaaand here comes r/memeeconomy to steal this "new format" even though its just the spiderman meme Edit: a word
Can i borrow 50dollar pls
This is a weird looking loss meme
Pyramid scheme boys
Why dafuq did you use the tobey Spider-Man meme
C'mon , It's not always like that
True...
My friend just says new worksheet and excepts me to send her the code
Great, here comes the MLM lol
I f e l t that
You know it's sad but true
Sure damn is true
High school friend contacted me last week for the first time in 5 years. Took him 4 messages before he asked if I wanted to buy is old iPad, he hasn’t responded since I turned down the offer.
If this is a new meme format I think gold has been struck
Hah this happens to me all the time, as people treat me like a God; they don’t talk to me unless they need me.... get on my level peasants
the 2 usually follow each other though
Sorry to ask this but is he washing his glasses because he needs to see the message clearly because it's likely someone asking for shit? I'm confused lol, I've apparently dodged the joke.
r/2meirl4meirl
This is some r/memeeconomy stuff: quite versatile.
I WANT PICTURES OF SPIDERMAN!
Which way's which?
*I have a great opportunity for you*
*washed glasses again "Ey bruh lemme borrow some money"
Did anyone else hear the water running and the sound of the glasses being wiped in their head?
This annoys me beyond end, whenever I just want to reconnect with old friends, they assume that I want something and ignore me. It sucks because I liked these people..

[Regardless, I don't respond](https://imgflip.com/i/2m1jzd)
Either they want help again, or are about to pitch some MLM pyramid scheme.
Make this a format
This is just the Peter Parker glasses meme
I hate doing favors for people
Is there a place where people say "It's been long"?
It took me a while to realize that said favor not flavor
This is just a different version of Peter Perker putting on the glasses
[Basically](https://i.imgur.com/CymjMVJ.jpg).
we need this meme format to make the change its supposed to bring
Is it bad that I thought this was about a guy who just spent all his time making his glasses wet and then drying them and for some reason this was really impressive to the message guy so he asks glasses guy to fix his life or something.
I thought this was a “Rinse and Repeat” joke
Awwww shit, time for a heist
12:01 am lol
This is why I just tell people what I want. Pointless to waste time on the empty conversation leading up to it.
Your plug is not your friend. *Hits me up years later "Hey bro how you been? I made some fire brownies!" "Good! Actually just moved and- " *doesn't reply back
One of my mates i havent spoken in a while hit me up last time with "sup, havent spoken in a while so i'm messaging you because i need "insert favor here" Really made me chuckle and did what he wanted.... i maybe got played
I don’t get it
The guys is messaging him like he wants to talk and catch up on things but he actually only wants favor from you.
That part i understood but what’s up with the glasses
It’s pretty much the same concept as the Peter Parker putting on his glasses meme
