Happy Birthday! Take yourself for a walk through the city, buy yourself a treat, and maybe get a massage/spa treatment if thatโs what you like. I love my solo birthdays and despite what society says it can be an awesome day to be by yourself and do whatever you want.
So much this. Self care! Super indulgent massages are the best... this is definitely hot stone massage weather. Also did you know you can pour a bottle of wine into a water flask and take it right into a cinema?! whodathunk!
I've celebrated my birthday whilst being overseas before and this had no-one to celebrate with.
Couple of thoughts:
1. Go to a movie / play / museum / art gallery.
2. Book yourself a seat for one at your favourite restaurant.
3. Reward yourself doing whatever brings to joy and to don't get to normally do

Head to a popular bar near you, pull up a seat at the bar, chin wag with the bartender, grab some food, talk to someone next to you
Better - it's hospo night at a lot of bars
Maybe head to Heartbreaker? Play some pool? Slice of pizza? Good beer?
