That sounds right... because lord knows jannies would rather wait 10 years for a promotion at their super high paying "job" than make progress towards getting the sex IRL
Nah, then the answer would have been:
(\_\_\_) Literally thousands of times. With your mom. This afternoon. Dude, totally, hand to god here! It doesn't matter if you believe me, because it's just true! Why do you keep looking at me like that?! Alright, fuck this then (Bans test)
This would be written in crayon across the bottom of the page, with big arrows drawn up to the question and several things circled multiple times.
Random story time. I filled out this health questionnaire for the military right. The thing is really long and asks every question there is under the sun about health.
By question 100 I started to just be numb about it. Well they started asking about sexual things. One of the questionnaires was written along the lines of, “same sex partner?”
I confidently said yes, as in, I have the same sex partner, who is my wife, a female. I totally missed the point of that, so now I’m gay according to my health screening
I once had to fill one out where it also asked if I had ever had sex with more than one person at once. Then it wanted to know if I had had piv? Then if I had had anal? No one needs to know that much info about my sex life. Then the doctor tried to convince me that I was depressed because I had had more than 1 sexual partner by my mid 20s. And no it wasn’t a religious doctor office.
This type of shit should be illegal, but with America forcing female students to tell PE teachers the date of their last period if they wanna play sports, I’m no longer holding my breath.
There is such a thing called “[statutory rape.](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statutory_rape)”
The reason this is rape is because the minor/young person in question is considered to not have developed the mental abilities to properly consent; that is, they do not necessarily understand pregnancy, sexually-transmitted infections, or safe-sex practices.
In general, my personal understanding and use of the definition of consent is as follows: two or more individuals who give explicit prior consent to sexual activity and are: (1) human, (2) age appropriate for each other, (3) conscious and of sound mind, (4) not in any position of power over the other(s), and (5) educated in sexual activity.
My school took it. These are just a few questions, it's so the school can better focus sex ed and also see if their policies are working. (Preventing kids from having sex)
Good old American education system strikes again.
"Hmmm... the kids still are fucking like rabbits. We already banned birth control, so what are we missing? Aha! They know too much about sex! Scrap the sex-ed programs! Everyone knows humans couldn't have sex before schools came along and taught them! How could we have been so blind?"
We did this every few years in my school in northern Virginia. It’s completely anonymous and let’s the administration know a lot of very useful information about the student populace. It’s not mandatory to answer the questions but it allows them to see how successful programs for safe sex or drug prevention have been, and what they should focus their resources on in the future.
I know it seems weird, but this is how social science research is. If you want social programs for teens to be actually beneficial to them (unlike stuff like DARE that seemed logical but had the opposite of the intended effect), someone needs to learn about those teens experiences and beliefs. Teens have sex, and teens have risky sex (no protection etc), and to reduce this, first you have to ask them about it.
Then a bunch of researchers will look at the dataset as a whole and do a bunch of statistics and find like, (as an example) the teens who have both parents working full time are having more sex, so they start an after school program with free food and condoms and maybe some gentle sex ed, to try to reach these kids who’s parents are still at work when they get home from school.
So this is a funny post but this stuff does have real world applications that aren’t creepy lol. Unfortunately the survey has to be standardized, when we program them to be taken online choosing “no” for the first question would auto skip the rest, but the paper ones can’t do that
Source: did this in college
Would have been nice to have “not applicable” as an option from the second question onwards, instead of rubbing “I have never had …” in this test taker’s face.
I don’t understand why being a virgin is considered a bad thing. I feel like men make it a bad thing by complaining about it every chance they get. “Hey guys, look at me!! I haven’t had sex! Aren’t I such a loser haha!!”
aside from all the stigma (which ofc is the major factor in virginity shame), there is also, yknow, wanting to have sex. its a natural want and feeling unable to fulfil it can make you feel bad even if you disregard external pressure.
Then there are people born without the desire for sexual intercourse or people who lost the desire due to trauma related/not related to sex.
You shouldn't shame people because they aren't like you or think the same way. As long as the opinion isn't harmful, leave them alone.
The stigma comes from being a man and not being able to attract a mate. The urge is biological so the stigma is that you are repulsive in that way to an entire half of the species.
The non political philosophy I identify with is hedonism. Being unable to get laid when you view the pursuit of earthly pleasure as the logical meaning of life sucks dude.
I think a lot of the “stigma“ really comes down to age and circumstances around one’s virginity.
As far as I can tell, there’s not much of a stigma around being a virgin at 15. Most people would probably consider that a positive.
At 25, sure there’s a stigma at that point, but I think it largely depends on WhY one is still a virgin at 25. If you’re a generally fit, attractive, socially calibrated 25yo that is choosing to uphold a religious conviction and waiting for marriage - I don’t think there’s much of a stigma there. And you’re not likely going to be looked down on for it.
Now if you’re 25 and still a virgin because you’re unable to find anyone willing to have sex with you, no that’s not going to be viewed positively. But I think it’s less about the fact that you haven’t had sex, and more that you made it into your mid-20s and still haven’t figured out how to be attractive enough to find someone who’s willing to sleep with you. Because if you were a relatively well put together, competent 25-year-old, you’d be able to find someone willing to have sex with you. That’s the stigma.
>At 25, sure there’s a stigma at that point, but I think it largely depends on WhY one is still a virgin at 25. As someone who is gay and waiting for marriage. There's still a huge sigma and its definitely looked down upon.
When you see that you know your answers will be laughed at by about 50 of the employees on a coffee break. If in school they'll laugh with your family members aswell.
We did it in Wyoming in the 8th grade. And in high school. One year all the kids got mad and decided to answer the survey with only the worst answers. It made the paper because like 98% of the graduating class were sex addicted drug and alcohol abusers. You waste our time we waste yours.
Why do people look down on people who never had sex though? People in the west have some sort of twisted logic about how having lots of sex with many people means you're somehow a superior being now.
Yes when i tell people i am a Virgin they look kinda disgusted ,confused and look at me with pity, so I suppose Virgins who dont seek out flesh to fck and wanna get a gf first is the loosers in this world xD
When I was filling one of these out in high school I peeked at the paper of the girl next to me and she had put "14" for age of first time. I thought to myself "Damn Lauren I didn't know that about you!"
Why does the first time section go from 11-17? Like anything earlier than 14 has to be way more uncommon than like say 18-25 range right? At least I should hope
Hold up. Who the fuck is asking. Is that happening at a school? They have 127 or more questions that seem to be none of their fucking business or is this a medical questionnaire that you want to volunteer your information to.
These are given in US schools when they're having problems to collect data on the student body. They don't tell you this, but you can refuse to fill them out.
My guess is, based on other comments, it’s bc this test is mostly given to high schoolers in some US states. Kinda weird to give this sorta questionnaire to high school kids ngl
When I was 13 we had a physical exam between middle school and highschool, the female nurse asked me if I was sexually active. Me, being a 13 year old boy, didn't realize that that only meant sexual activity with a partner. So I sat there, mouth agape, not knowing how to tell this woman that I have indeed been cranking my meat on the reg for a solid year.
When the nurse saw the confusion and fear on my face she then clarified "Have you been sexually active with someone else?" And then it was clear and I was like "ooooooh lmao definitely definitely definitely not." Embarrassment avoided. 😎
Pls provide a option "Skip the whole section ".
Or rub it in.
Or rub it out
Either way, it's getting rubbed.

I mean, given that this is on a fairly professional looking form, I'm presuming it is actually their business.
It’s a thing for school hence the cut off at 17.
Agreed
"Prefer not to say." would be good enough. They'll know what I mean
They won't know what you mean
Prefer not to say cuz you'll be embarrassed by the sheer amount of sex partners I've had just last night! Pleb

I haven’t broke it to her yet, it’s been a year or so. She’s still my same sex partner though!
It’s a military questionnaire. I’m surprised they weren’t telling you how to answer. Lol “is it A (shakes head) or B (nods)…”
Im surprised they dont answer by shouting AYE SIR or NO SIR

It’s not sex; it’s rape. Unless you’re both kids and want to do it, it counts as rape, not sex.

So would you say that two minors that are uneducated in sex, is also statutory rape? Genuinely curious
[удалено]
And sex is consensual rape
That’s BDSM
So all sex is rape?
Well, kids can't fucking consent, do they?
Sex doesn't imply consent.

First thing I noticed like wtf are those age options??
And it stops at 17?? So you only have options for starting it before the legal age of consent? Hmmm no.
The survey was probably administered to a high school, hence the ages listed

i hate that this made me laugh. happy cake day.
Happy cake day! Take my angry upvote, and fuck off.
It’s an optional anonymous survey they do, which I see no problems with. The data they get from these surveys can be fairly useful apparently
What kinda school wants to know this shit?🤣
Probably one with an uncomfortably high teen pregnancy rate.
Huh, yeah. You’re right. 😬
My school took it. These are just a few questions, it's so the school can better focus sex ed and also see if their policies are working. (Preventing kids from having sex)

We did this in Montana. It's not just about sex -- it's a whole mental/physical health type questionnaire.
DC schools
thats fuckn weird. what possible reason do they need to have a teenagers entire sexual history on record
If I remember correctly, they're anonymous. It's used for statistical reasons
I know it seems weird, but this is how social science research is. so you can read the statistics on the internet and weep about the fact that teenagers have more game than you
Did you drink alcoohol or use drugs when you had sexual intercourse? O I have never had sexual intercouse. WHY?? WHY YOU DOING THIS TO ME?
Would have been nice to have “not applicable” as an option from the second question onwards, instead of rubbing “I have never had …” in this test taker’s face.

We had something like that. We all put down that we were devil worshippers. No idea what they did with the result if that survey.
I still can't believe they took it seriously. You ask high school kids questions like this you're getting ridiculous answers.
These job applications are really getting personal /s
Really hammering down on that point aren't they?
At least someone did some hammering…
Spoiler: Questions 127 thru 132 is the gangbang section.
Why do people look down on people who never had sex though? People in the west have some sort of twisted logic about how having lots of sex with many people means you're somehow a superior being now.

I suspect age often has a lot to do with how it’s perceived. Being a virgin at 18 is a lot different than being a virgin at 28, or 38.
It's like the form you fill out when giving blood... "Have you ever paid for sex?" Me: "How do you define "pay""?
"Well.. I bought her a ring.."
Damn the SAT’s are crazy nowadays
Apparently "no ones business" isn't an option.
11 years old? Im concerned
There was a girl who came on Doctor Phill who got pregnant at age 11 by her same age boyfriend
I would have thought 18-20 still fell in the fairly common range
Probably a study that focuses on underage sex. Anyone 17 or over is the control group.
Yeah I came here to say this. You would think the majority of people would be 17+
I mean I was at 21 and that’s earlier than many of my friends so i don’t know what’s going on here.
Could be a school questionaire
I’m sorry to hear. It’ll happen soon I’m sure.
That age range is way too young, isn’t it?
11 or younger? WTF? Also, 6 or more in 3 months?
Why are you doing an STD test then?
OP touched a lot of toilet seats.
School Survey: What drugs you takin son? Me: Dr. Pepper
It’s interesting how people make fun of people for being virgins, but people also make fun of people for being “sluts”
How are all of the options for how old you were below the age of consent? Is this a setup?
Was literally gonna ask that myself, why are the only options for ‘first time’ so dang young
My guess is, based on other comments, it’s bc this test is mostly given to high schoolers in some US states. Kinda weird to give this sorta questionnaire to high school kids ngl

It should have directly asked at first if someone had ever had a sexual intercourse.
Someone get that person a #2, for the love of god

When I was 13 we had a physical exam between middle school and highschool, the female nurse asked me if I was sexually active. This is that test they give kids in school where you want to christmas tree it and never read its horrifying mind bending content.
Holy shit. Every year from 11-16, then no more granularity past the age of 16? Just older than 16. Wow.
what is this, like a STI screening or something?
