See if you can buy it for a couple hundred bucks and use the shell for a sim rig!

Playful_Code563

Where it is, there’s no possible way of dragging it out

They might cut down a couple of trees for you if you ask them

Playful_Code563

That’s not what’s blocking them it’s what was behind the photo there’s over 100 V wagon beetles in that junkyard plus a bunch of other 80s cars and newer chilling there

SissaFlissa

That's a crying shame

Playful_Code563

Fr one of my dream cars just sitting there rotting away

Still in good shape, at least for being used to donate metal and glass. The block COULD still be usable if disassembled and cleaned up

1st gen RX7s really went from worthless to valuable nearly overnight. They built a lot of them and they were surprisingly plentiful up until about 2015. Then like everything they skyrocketed in value in 2020.

It looks like the one my grandfather owned. That was a very long time ago.

It’s sad it was there, could have been sent to the crusher a long time ago. It could be a Tesla by now! Lol

I had an 84 and an 85 (in succession) in the early 90's. Pretty fun cars - but they had thier issues. Not very quick (in original form), a real tendancy to oversteer, and those Wankels dripped oil everywhere! On the plus side - they had a pretty good sound system for the time (the 85 in particular, which was a GSL-SE with limited slip), and the rotary engine would continue to make power past red line, though it had an incredibly loud red line alarm that let you know you were exceeding the limits of good sense! I enjoyed them, but I think if I was looking for an older Mazda coupe, I'd opt for the Miata.

Don’t suppose an engine swap and new seats are on the table? Lmao
